Description
成分Aは、モノマーポリイソシアネート、特にモノマージイソシアネートと、イソシアネート官能価が≧1.7、好ましくは1.7<fNCO<3の範囲、特に好ましくは2<fNCO<3の範囲にあるイソシアネート末端プレポリマーおよび/またはプレポリマー混合物とを含む。
イソシアネート
ポリイソシアネートは、ポリウレタンおよびポリ尿素を生成するために不可欠である。ポリイソシアネートの一般的な実験式はR−(NCO)nであり、式中、n≧2、Rは芳香族基または脂肪族基である。水酸基と反応するポリイソシアネートはポリウレタンを形成し、アミン基と反応するポリイソシアネートはポリ尿素を形成する。
ポリウレタンプレポリマー
ポリウレタンプレポリマーを生成するために、ポリオールを前述のイソシアネートと反応させる。好適なポリオールは、当業者には公知である。本発明の文脈では、それらは典型的には、約500〜約6000の分子量、および/または2〜4個の水酸基を有する。特に好ましいポリオールは、各々の場合、2〜4個の水酸基を有する、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリチオエーテル、ポリアセタールおよびポリカーボネートである。本発明の文脈では、好ましいポリエーテルは、当業者には本質的に公知であり、たとえば、BF3の存在下でのエポキシドとエチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシド、テトラヒドロフラン、スチレンオキシドまたはエピクロロヒドリンとの重合により、もしくは、水、アルコールまたはアミン(たとえば、低分子量ジオール、トリオールまたはテトロール;4、4’ジヒドロキシジフェニルプロパン;アニリン;アンモニア;エタノールアミン;エチレンジアミン)といった反応性水素を含有する分子へのエポキシド、特にエチレンオキシドまたはプロピレンオキシドの添加により、調製可能である。ポリプロピレングリコールおよびポリテトラメチレングリコール(PTMGまたはPTMEG)が、現在好ましい。
ポリ尿素プレポリマーを生成するために、≧2個のアミン基を有するポリアミンを、明確に定義された過剰の二官能または多官能イソシアネート化合物と本質的に公知の態様で反応させて、NCO末端ポリ尿素プレポリマーを発生させる。
ポリエーテルポリアミン
使用可能なポリマーポリアミン成分は好ましくは、2〜4の官能価を有する化合物であり、特に、活性水素原子の50%以上は第1級または第2級アミンから形成される。特に、ポリオキシアルキレンアミン、たとえば、ポリオキシプロピレンジアミン、ポリオキシエチレンジアミン、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルジアミン、ポリオキシプロピレントリアミン、ポリオキシエチレントリアミン(ハンツマン(Huntsman)からジェファーミン(Jeffamine)(登録商標)という商品名で公知)など;および、特定の用途のために芳香族成分が許容される場合には、ポリエチレングリコールジ(p−アミノベンゾエート);ポリエチレングリコールジ−(o−アミノベンゾエート);ポリエチレングリコールジ(m−アミノベンゾエート);ポリテトラメチレングリコールジ(p−アミノベンゾエート);ポリテトラメチレングリコールジ(o−アミノベンゾエート);ポリテトラメチレングリコールジ(m−アミノベンゾエート)が言及される。使用可能であるポリアミンは、特に約2〜約3の官能価および/または約200g/mol〜約6000g/molの分子量を有するポリエチレンオキシド−ポリプロピレンオキシドポリエーテルである(たとえばUS4,433,067に記載)。本発明の文脈では、アミン末端ポリエーテルの混合物を使用することももちろん可能である。
本発明の文脈では、好ましくは典型的には400g/mol未満の分子量を有するアミン鎖延長剤を使用することも可能である。特に、たとえばUS4,246,363およびUS4,269,945に記載されるような脂肪族ジアミンが言及される。同様に、鎖を延長する脂肪族ジアミンは、エチレンジアミン;ネオペンタンジアミン;1,2−および1,3−プロパンジアミン;1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミン;1,8−オクタメチレンジアミン;1,12−ドデカメチレンジアミン;シクロヘキシルジアミン;4,4’−ビス(パラ−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン;2,2’−ジメチル−4,4’−メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルアミン)(ジメチルジシクラン);イソホロンジアミン;4,7−ジオキサデカン−1,10−ジアミン;4,7−10−トリオキサデカン−1,13−ジアミン;テトラメチルエチレン−ジアミン;ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン;ジメチルシクロヘキシルアミン;テトラメチル−1,3−ブタンジアミン;ペンタメチルジプロピレントリアミン;ビス(ジメチルアミノエチルエーテル)トリエチレングリコールジアミン;4,4’−メチレンビス(2−エチル−6−メチルシクロヘキシルアミン)(M−MECA);4,4’−メチレンビス(2,6−ジエチルシクロヘキシルアミン)(MDECA);4,4’−ビス(sec−ブチルアミノ)ジシクロヘキシルメタン(クリアリンク(Clearlink)(登録商標)1000として商業的に入手可能)およびそのモノマー;3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ビス(sec−ブチルアミノ)ジシクロヘキシルメタン(クリアリンク(登録商標)3000として商業的に入手可能)およびそのモノマー;N,N’−ジイソプロピルイソホロンジアミン(ジェフリンク(Jefflink)(登録商標)754として商業的に入手可能);たとえばN,N’−ジエチルマレエート2−メチルペンタメチレンジアミン(デスモフェン(Desmophen)(登録商標)NH−1220として商業的に入手可能)、N,N’−ジエチルマレエート−アミノジシクロヘキシルメタン(デスモフェン(登録商標)NH−1420として商業的に入手可能)、およびN,N’−ジエチルマレエート−アミノジメチルジシクロヘキシルメタン(デスモフェン(登録商標)NH−1520として商業的に入手可能)といったアスパラギン酸のアミン、からなる群から選択可能である。
本発明に従った使用可能な三量化触媒は、特にカルボン酸の金属塩であり、好ましくはオクタン酸カリウムおよび酢酸カリウム、ホスフィン、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、第4級アンモニウム塩、2,4,6ートリス(ジメチルアミノメチル)フェノール、および/または、たとえばジェフキャット(Jeffcat)TR(登録商標)(ハンツマン)といった触媒の混合物である。
NCO末端プレポリマー、特にウレタンプレポリマーの官能価は、≧1.7であり、好ましくは1.7<fNCO<3、特に好ましくは2〜3の範囲にある。>2である官能価は、付加的に存在する遊離イソシアネートによって、および、ウレタン基とさらなるNCO単位との反応の結果として形成可能なアロファネート基によって説明可能である。この種のプレポリマーはしたがって、専門家分野ではしばしば「疑似プレポリマー」とも呼ばれる。成分Aにおけるアロファネート基は、成分Bとのさらなる反応中に、ウレタンおよび遊離イソシアネートへと再度切断される。
Claims (7)
- 第1の成分(A)と第2の成分(B)とを含む二成分接着剤であって、
第1の成分(A)は、
モノマーポリイソシアネートと、
イソシアネート官能価f NCO がf NCO ≧1.7の範囲にあるイソシアネート末端プレポリマーおよび/またはプレポリマー混合物とを含み、
第2の成分(B)は、
ジアミンおよび/またはポリアミンと、
三量化触媒とを含み、
第2の成分(B)における組成物に存在するイソシアネート反応性水素原子に対する、第1の成分(A)におけるイソシアネート基の化学量論比は、7.5〜25である、二成分接着剤。 - イソシアネート末端プレポリマーおよび/またはプレポリマー混合物は、室温で液体またはペースト状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二成分接着剤。
- ジアミンおよび/またはポリアミンは、室温で液体またはペースト状であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の二成分接着剤。
- 第2の成分(B)はポリオールおよび/または添加物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二成分接着剤。
- 第1の成分(A)のイソシアネート官能価f NCO がf NCO ≧1.7のイソシアネート末端プレポリマーおよび/またはプレポリマー混合物のイソシアネート含有量は、6〜33重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二成分接着剤。
- 三量化触媒はカルボン酸の金属塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二成分接着剤。
- 第1の成分(A)におけるイソシアネート末端プレポリマーおよび/またはプレポリマー混合物は、ポリウレタンプレポリマーおよび/またはポリ尿素プレポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二成分接着剤。
