Description
溶湯20を加圧凝固することにより鋳物を形成するための金型10の表面を窒化処理する窒化処理方法であって、尿素を含む窒化源13を表面に付与し、溶湯20による加熱及び加圧により、金型10の表面を窒化処理する窒化処理方法。

Claims (4)
- 溶湯を加圧凝固することにより鋳物を形成するための金型のキャビティ面に形成された窒化層を修復する窒化層修復方法であって、
窒化源を前記キャビティ面に付与し、前記溶湯による加熱及び加圧により、前記金型の前記キャビティ面を窒化処理する、
ことを特徴とする窒化層修復方法。 - 前記窒化源は尿素を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒化層修復方法。 - 前記窒化源を離型剤に含めることによって前記窒化源を前記キャビティ面に付与する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の窒化層修復方法。 - 前記キャビティ面に前記離型剤を付与する離型剤付与工程と、
前記キャビティ面で囲まれたキャビティを形成するように前記金型を型締めする型締め工程と、
前記キャビティに前記溶湯を射出充填する射出充填工程と、
前記キャビティに充填された前記溶湯を加圧凝固させる加圧凝固工程と、
型締めした前記金型を開いて加圧凝固された前記鋳物を取り出す取出工程と、
を有するショットを、前記金型をダイカストマシンに接続したまま複数回繰り返し、
少なくとも一回の前記ショットの前記離型剤付与工程において、前記窒化源を前記離型剤に含める、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の窒化層修復方法。
