Description
本発明の非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物に対する物性は、下記の表1に明示されており、前記表1のテストは、日本の橋梁の鋼床板用防水規格を適用して行った。このとき、前記非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物の実施例において、アスファルトとしてAP5、プロセスオイルとしてアロマ系オイル、改質剤としてはSBS 501、強度補強剤としてLDPE 9205、添加剤として酸化防止剤などを使用し、具体的な組成比は、下記表1に示す。
下記表3の組成及び方法に従い製造された本発明の排水性表層用混合物に対する排水性アスファルト混合物の品質基準及び試験結果を下記表4に示す。
本発明の非固化ゴムアスファルト層(浸透層)及び排水性アスファルト表層混合物のそれぞれの性能及び規格を上記の[実施例1]及び[実施例2]を通して確認し、これを用いて本発明の一回の舗装により不透水性中間層を形成すると同時に、排水性舗装を行った。なお、このときに用いられた具体的な組成は、下記表5に示す。
セメントコンクリートの切削及び不透水層の形成範囲を種々に変形させた例及び水浴現象に備えて排水口を設けた例を図5から図8に図式的に提示した。
本発明の非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物により形成された不透水性排水中間層が有するメリットである下部の基層との接着強度及び上部の表層との接着強度を実際の試片を用いて測定した。

Claims (7)
- 表面切削の施されたアスファルト若しくはセメントコンクリートの表面又は基層の表面に、非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物を2〜8mmの厚さで舗設する第1のステップと、
前記第1のステップにおいて舗設された非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物の上に砂を散布する第2のステップと、
前記第2のステップにおいて散布された砂の上に排水性表層混合物を舗設して押し固める第3のステップと、
を含み、
前記第1のステップで使用される非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物は、針入度が60〜80のアスファルト80〜90重量%と、改質剤5〜15重量%と、プロセスオイル3〜10重量%と、強度補強材0.5〜4重量%と、添加剤0.1〜1重量%と、抗酸化剤としてのフェニル−β−ナフチルアミン0.5〜0.6重量%及び層間付着増進剤としてのメルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.2〜0.3重量%を含み、130〜170℃の温度範囲において3,000〜100cPの粘度範囲を有する非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物であり、
前記第3のステップにおける押し固め過程において、前記非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物が排水性表層に浸透して不透水性排水中間層が形成されて、不透水性中間層及び排水性表層が一回の施工により形成可能である排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。 - 前記改質剤としては、放射状スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン、線形スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン、スチレン・ブタジエン・ゴム、スチレン・エチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン、スチレン・ブタジエン、エチレン・ビニール・アセテート、スチレン・イソプレン・スチレン、またはアタクチックポリプロピレンが用いられ、
前記強度補強材としては、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、または高密度ポリエチレンが単独で若しくは2種以上用いられ、
前記添加剤としては、酸化物を有機化学反応を用いて濃縮して粉末化させた無機酸または有機酸からなる酸系の添加剤が用いられ、
前記抗酸化材としては、前記非固化アスファルト組成物に用いられる前記改質剤の分解を防ぐとともに、最終的な組成物の安定化を図るためのキノン類、アミン類、フェノール類、アミノフェノール類やアルキルフェノール、アルキルフェニレンジアミン、またはフェニル−β−ナフチルアミンが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。 - 前記非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物は、130〜170℃の温度範囲において舗設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。
- 前記第3のステップにおいて、排水性表層は、最大の寸法が3〜13mmの骨材を使用し、且つ、空隙率が20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、散布される砂は、4〜200メッシュ又は2.5mm〜0.1μmの粒径を有する珪砂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。
- 前記第3のステップにおいて用いられる排水性表層混合物は、骨材90〜96重量%と、130〜160℃に加熱された排水性改質アスファルトバインダ4〜10重量%と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。
- 前記非固化ゴムアスファルト組成物は、針入度が60〜80のアスファルトと、プロセスオイル及び改質剤を混合して分散させた後、添加剤を投入して1時間反応させ、抗酸化剤及び強度補強剤を投入して攪拌した後、層間付着増進剤を最後に混合して製造することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水性アスファルトの複合舗装方法。
