Description
前記レーダ装置からの前記物体に関する情報に基づいて、前記物体と自車との衝突予測時間を算出する衝突予測時間算出部と、
前記レーダ装置が第1物体と前記第1物体より自車に近い第2物体とを同時に検出し、且つ、自車の進行方向を基準とした横方向における前記第1物体の横位置と前記第2物体の横位置との差が所定値よりも小さい場合に、自車が前記第2物体を通過可能であると判断する禁止部と、前記第2物体が通過可能であると判断されておらず、且つ前記第2物体の前記衝突予測時間が閾値以下である場合、警報を出力する警報制御を実行し、前記第2物体が通過可能であると判断されている場合、前記第2物体に対する前記警報制御を禁止する警報制御実行部と、を含む、車両用制御装置が提供される。

Claims (4)
- 自車前方の物体を検出するレーダ装置と、
前記レーダ装置からの前記物体に関する情報に基づいて、前記物体と自車との衝突予測時間を算出する衝突予測時間算出部と、
前記レーダ装置が第1物体と前記第1物体より自車に近い第2物体とを同時に検出し、且つ、自車の進行方向を基準とした横方向における前記第1物体の横位置と前記第2物体の横位置との差が所定値よりも小さい場合に、自車が前記第2物体を通過可能であると判断する禁止部と、
前記第2物体が通過可能であると判断されておらず、且つ前記第2物体の前記衝突予測時間が閾値以下である場合、警報を出力する警報制御を実行し、前記第2物体が通過可能であると判断されている場合、前記第2物体に対する前記警報制御を禁止する警報制御実行部と、
を含む、車両用制御装置。 - 前記禁止部は、前記第1物体と前記第2物体とを同時に検出すること、且つ、前記差が前記所定値よりも小さいことに加えて、前記第2物体が車両でない静止物である場合に、自車が前記第2物体を通過可能であると判断する、請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記第2物体が通過可能であると判断された場合に、前記第2物体と自車との衝突の可能性を低減する所定制御のうち前記警報制御のみを禁止する、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記所定値は、前記第1物体及び前記第2物体とが同一車線上に位置する場合に前記差が取り得る範囲の最大値に対応する、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
