Claims (4)
- シリカを含む水溶液に種晶としてケイ酸塩を添加し混合する種晶混合工程と、
前記水溶液を前記種晶と共に蒸発濃縮する蒸発濃縮工程とを備え、
前記蒸発濃縮工程は、熱交換器を有する蒸発濃縮装置に、前記水溶液および種晶を供給して加熱することにより前記水溶液を蒸発濃縮し、前記蒸発濃縮装置において前記水溶液のシリカのスケール成分の濃度が高くなると、既存の前記種晶を核として前記スケール成分を析出させて新たな核の発生を抑制することにより、前記熱交換器へのスケール付着を防止する工程を備え、
前記種晶混合工程において、種晶を添加する前の水溶液のシリカ濃度が50ppm以上である水溶液の蒸発処理方法。 - 前記ケイ酸塩は、ケイ酸マグネシウムおよび/またはケイ酸カルシウムである請求項1に記載の水溶液の蒸発処理方法。
- 前記種晶混合工程において、マグネシウムおよびカルシウムの濃度がいずれも10ppm以下である請求項1または2に記載の水溶液の蒸発処理方法。
- 前記蒸発濃縮工程で生成された濃縮液に含まれる前記種晶を利用して、次の前記種晶混合工程を行う請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の水溶液の蒸発処理方法。
