Claims (10)
- ポンプ室を定めるポンプハウジングと、
シャフトを有し、前記ポンプハウジングに固定された電気モータと、
前記シャフトに取り付けられ、前記ポンプ室内に収容され、中心体及び該中心体から半径方向外側に延在する複数の羽根を有する、インペラと、
前記ポンプ室と流体連通する注入口と、
前記ポンプ室と流体連通し、前記ポンプ室に隣接した第1端及び前記ポンプ室から離れた第2端を有する排出口と、
前記ポンプハウジングの内側表面に密封して取り付けられた、端末キャップと、を備える液体ポンプであって、
前記第1端の断面積S1は、前記第2端の断面積S2よりも小さく、
前記ポンプ室は、前記ポンプハウジングの軸表面及び前記端末キャップによって定められ、前記モータは、前記ポンプハウジング内に配置され、前記端末キャップによって前記ポンプ室から隔てられ、前記シャフトは、前記ポンプ室内の前記インペラとかみ合わせるために、前記端末キャップを貫通し、
前記端末キャップは、前記シャフトが突き抜ける貫通孔のあるシールボスを有し、シールリングは、該シールボスの該貫通孔内に配置され、前記端末キャップ及び前記シャフトの間に挟まれ、前記端末キャップと前記シャフトの間にシールを形成する、

- 前記ポンプは、リングシールをさらに備え、
前記リングシールを収容する前記端末キャップの半径方向外側の表面において、溝が形成され、
前記リングシールは、前記ポンプハウジングの内側表面と密封接触面を形成する、請求項6に記載のポンプ。 - 前記複数の羽根のうちのある羽根は、長方形の断面を有する、請求項6又は請求項7に記載のポンプ。
- 前記シールリングは、
前記シールボスと接触させる外側部、及び
前記シャフトと接触させる内側部、を備え、
前記内側部は、前記内側部の第1端及び第2端は前記シャフトと接触させ、前記内側部の中心部分は前記シャフトから間隔を置くように、曲線状になった表面を有する、請求項8に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室は、前記インペラの回転方向が、どちらの排出口を通して液体がポンプで排出されるかを、決定するように配置された、2つの排出口を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載のポンプ。
