Claims (12)
- ハウジング基部およびハウジング壁を有するカップ状のハウジングを備える、排液コネクタであって、コンテナ開口部へ挿入するための接続構造が前記ハウジング壁の外側に形成され、入口パイプが入口側から出口側へ前記ハウジング基部を通ってガイドされ、捕集チャンバが前記入口パイプと前記ハウジング壁との間に形成され、前記ハウジングは、前記捕集チャンバから前記出口側へと繋がっていて前記出口側から閉じることができる排出チャネルを有し、前記出口側において、前記入口パイプが、開位置と閉位置との間で動くことができる閉鎖要素を含む出口パイプに合流し、前記接続構造と、前記入口パイプと、前記出口パイプとを含む前記ハウジングは、単一部品としてプラスチック材料から形成される、排液コネクタ。
- 前記入口パイプは、前記出口パイプの出口パイプ壁内に開口し、前記出口パイプは、前記入口パイプに対して直交して延びている、請求項1に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記排出チャネルに対して直交してガイドされ、ネジとして形成されているバルブ要素によって前記排出チャネルが閉じられ得る、請求項1または2に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記閉鎖要素は、一方の端部で前記出口パイプに挿入され、前記出口パイプに軸方向に変位可能に取り付けられ、スライディングブロックゲートウェイが、出口パイプ壁と前記閉鎖要素との間に形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記閉鎖要素は、環状チャンバを有し、前記開位置において、前記環状チャンバは、前記入口パイプの、前記出口パイプへの開口部の領域に配置される、請求項4に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記開位置において、前記閉鎖要素は、前記出口パイプにおける前記入口パイプへの前記開口部の完全に一方の側に配置される、請求項5に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 複数のシーリング要素は、前記環状チャンバの両側で、前記閉鎖要素と前記出口パイプ壁との間に配置され、前記複数のシーリング要素は、前記閉鎖要素内または前記出口パイプ壁内に形成された複数の環状溝内に保持される、請求項6に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記閉鎖要素は、直径が大きくなる前記出口パイプの領域において、前記出口パイプの内壁に対して当接する、半径方向外側に突出する複数のガイドリブを有する、請求項7に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記閉鎖要素は、前記入口パイプの前記開口部から遠い側に開口するように形成されている、少なくとも1つの止まり穴を有する、請求項8に記載の排液コネクタ。
- キャップが前記閉鎖要素上に配置され、前記キャップは、前記入口パイプの方向に延び、かつ、前記出口パイプを囲み、前記閉鎖要素に留められ、前記閉鎖要素の頭部は、前記キャップを通って突出している、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 嵌合状態において、前記出口パイプの外に突出する、前記閉鎖要素の端部と、少なくとも前記閉鎖要素の前記開位置から前記閉位置への調整経路に対応する、軸方向の長さにわたる前記出口パイプとを覆うキャップが設けられ、前記キャップは、固定具によって前記出口パイプ上に保持される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の排液コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジング壁の外側で、リングシールが前記接続構造の基部側端部上に保持され、半径方向外側に突出する止め具が、前記リングシールの、前記接続構造から離れた側に形成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の排液コネクタ。
