Claims (14)
- 電動車両に設置されるコネクタ構造体であって、
正極端子及び負極端子をそれぞれ有する複数のコネクタと、
前記複数のコネクタの前記正極端子間と、前記負極端子間とをそれぞれ電気的に接続するコネクタ間導電部材と、
前記コネクタ間導電部材を収容する筐体と、を有し、
前記複数のコネクタは、
電源側に接続される第1のコネクタと、
前記電源の負荷となる機器側に接続される複数の第2のコネクタと、を備え、
前記コネクタ間導電部材は、
前記第1のコネクタの前記正極端子及び前記負極端子から、前記複数の第2のコネクタの前記正極端子及び前記負極端子へそれぞれ分岐する正極側分岐部及び負極側分岐部と、
前記正極側分岐部及び前記負極側分岐部から、前記複数の第2のコネクタの前記正極端子及び前記負極端子へそれぞれ延出する複数の正極側導電部材及び複数の負極側導電部材と、を備え、
それぞれの前記複数の第2のコネクタと、前記複数の正極側導電部材及び前記複数の負極側導電部材の内の少なくとも一方との間に、複数のヒューズが接続されており、
前記筐体は、
少なくとも前記正極側分岐部及び前記負極側分岐部と前記複数の正極側導電部材及び前記複数の負極側導電部材を収容する第1筐体と、
少なくとも前記複数のヒューズを収容する第2筐体とを、有し、
前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体とが互いに結合されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記第2筐体に装着された第1接続端子及び第2接続端子を備え、
前記第1接続端子は、前記正極側導電部材又は前記負極側導電部材に接続されており、
前記第2接続端子は、前記第2のコネクタの前記正極端子又は前記負極端子に接続されており、
前記ヒューズは前記第1接続端子と前記第2接続端子に差し込まれ、且つ、前記第1接続端子と前記第2接続端子とに電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体とが分割可能であることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記複数のヒューズは、前記複数の第2のコネクタの前記正極端子及び前記負極端子の内の一方と、前記複数の正極側導電部材及び前記複数の負極側導電部材の内の一方との間に接続されており、
前記複数のヒューズは、前記複数の正極側導電部材及び前記複数の負極側導電部材と交差する方向に配置されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体において、
少なくとも1つの前記コネクタの電極導電部は、取り付け方向に延びる筒状であって、且つ、前記取り付け方向に延びる切欠きを有する筒状部と、
前記筒状部における前記切欠きの部分から外方に延びる延出部と、を有し、
前記延出部と前記コネクタ間導電部材とが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項5記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記筒状部の端部は、前記取り付け方向と直交する方向に広がり、且つ、相手側コネクタの電極導電部の端部が挿通される拡開部を有することを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項6記載のコネクタ構造体を少なくとも2つ有し、
一方の前記コネクタ構造体における前記筒状部の前記拡開部に、他方の前記コネクタ構造体における前記筒状部の前記拡開部とは反対側の端部が挿通され、電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記コネクタの電極導電部若しくは相手側コネクタの電極導電部の一方は、
取り付け方向に延びる板状の第1バスバと、
前記第1バスバに設けられた孔と、を有し、
前記コネクタの電極導電部若しくは前記相手側コネクタの電極導電部の他方は、
前記取り付け方向に延びる第2バスバと、
前記第2バスバの板面から一方向に立ち上がる第1傾斜部と、
前記第1傾斜部の頂部から前記第2バスバの前記板面に向かって延びる第2傾斜部と、を有し、
前記第2バスバの前記板面と前記第2傾斜部とで、前記第1バスバを挟持することを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記コネクタ若しくは前記筐体の一方は、
取り付け方向に延びる板状の第1バスバと、
前記第1バスバに設けられた孔と、を有し、
前記コネクタ若しくは前記筐体の他方は、
前記取り付け方向に延びる第2バスバと、
前記第2バスバの板面から一方向に立ち上がる第1傾斜部と、
前記第1傾斜部の頂部から前記第2バスバの前記板面に向かって延びる第2傾斜部と、を有し、
前記第2バスバの前記板面と前記第2傾斜部とで、前記第1バスバを挟持することを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項8又は9記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部は、前記第2バスバと一体に形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体において、
前記複数のコネクタのうち、使用されないコネクタを除く1以上のコネクタは、外周を保護するハウジングが装着され、
前記複数のコネクタのうち、前記使用されないコネクタは、予め前記ハウジングの代わりにカバーが装着されていることを特徴とするコネクタ構造体。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ構造体を具備することを特徴とする電動車両。
- 請求項12記載の電動車両において、
前記コネクタ構造体は、電力変換装置又はバッテリの筐体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項13記載の電動車両において、
前記コネクタ構造体は、前記電力変換装置の車両前後方向後面に設けられていることを特徴とする電動車両。
