Description
〔1〕
(A)下記一般式(1)で表される有機ケイ素化合物:粉体塗料組成物100質量部中0.1〜5質量部、
(B)エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、フッ素樹脂及びシリコーン樹脂から選ばれる樹脂
を含有することを特徴とする粉体塗料組成物。
〔2〕
上記有機ケイ素化合物が、下記一般式(2)で表される有機ケイ素化合物であることを特徴とする〔1〕記載の粉体塗料組成物。
〔3〕
(B)樹脂が、カルボキシル基含有ポリエステル系樹脂であることを特徴とする〔1〕又は〔2〕記載の粉体塗料組成物。
〔4〕
更に、(C)β−ヒドロキシアルキルアミド化合物を含有することを特徴とする〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載の粉体塗料組成物。
〔5〕
組成物100質量部に対し、(B)成分の配合量が7〜99質量部であり、(C)成分の配合量が0.5〜45質量部である〔4〕記載の粉体塗料組成物。
〔6〕
〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載の粉体塗料組成物を基材に塗布して得られることを特徴とする塗装物。
〔7〕
基材が、金属、金属に表面処理を施したもの及びこれらの金属に下地塗装膜を形成したものから選ばれる〔6〕記載の塗装物。
(式中、R1はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、又は炭素数6〜10のアリール基であり、R2はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、又は炭素数6〜10のアリール基であり、Aは炭素数1〜20の2価の炭化水素基であり、Bは炭素数1〜20の2価の炭化水素基であり、mは1〜3の整数である。)
<有機ケイ素化合物1>
撹拌機、還流冷却器、滴下ロート及び温度計を備えた1Lセパラブルフラスコに、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのヌレート体(TPA−100、旭化成ケミカルズ社製)91.3g、トルエン200gを納め、3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(KBM−903、信越化学工業社製)89.7g(0.5モル)を内温100〜110℃で10分間かけて滴下した。その後、110℃で1時間撹拌し、ストリップを行うことで融点が120℃の有機ケイ素化合物を得た。1H−NMRスペクトルにより反応生成物は下記式(3)で表される構造を有する生成物であることを確認した。得られた有機ケイ素化合物を有機ケイ素化合物1とする。
撹拌機、還流冷却器、滴下ロート及び温度計を備えた1Lセパラブルフラスコに、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのヌレート体(TPA−100、旭化成ケミカルズ社製)91.3g、トルエン200gを納め、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(KBE−903、信越化学工業社製)110.7g(0.5モル)を内温100〜110℃で10分間かけて滴下した。その後、110℃で1時間撹拌し、ストリップを行うことで融点が115℃の有機ケイ素化合物を得た。1H−NMRスペクトルにより反応生成物は下記式(4)で表される構造を有する生成物であることを確認した。得られた有機ケイ素化合物を有機ケイ素化合物2とする。
表1に示した組成(質量部)の粉体塗料組成物を、ハイスピードミキサー(商品名、深江工業社製、容量2リットル)に投入し、アジテーター500rpm、チョッパー4000rpmで1分間撹拌して均一に混合し、次に80〜120℃の温度条件で押し出し混練機(商品名ブスコニーダーPR46、ブス社製)を用いて溶融混練を行い、冷却後ハンマー式衝撃粉砕機で微粉砕し、200メッシュの金網で分級することにより、平均粒径35μmの粉体塗料を製造した。
ポリエステル樹脂1・・・M−8961(大日本インキ化学工業社製:カルボキシル基含有ポリエステル樹脂)
ポリエステル樹脂2・・・M−8962(大日本インキ化学工業社製:カルボキシル基含有ポリエステル樹脂)
硬化剤・・・PRIMID XL−552(EMS Griltech社製:β−ヒドロキシアルキルアミド)
酸化チタン・・・JA−1(テイカ社製)
レベリング剤・・・レジフローP−67(ESTRON CHEMICAL社製)
JIS K−5600 4.7に準じて測定した(反射度60度)。
JIS K−5400 8.3.2デュポン式耐衝撃性試験に準じて、落錘重量1,000g、撃心の尖端直径1/2インチ、落錘高さ50cmの条件にて塗装板の塗面及び裏面に衝撃を加えた。次いで衝撃を加えた部分にセロハン粘着テープを貼着させ、瞬時にテープを剥がしたときの塗膜の剥がれ程度を評価した。
○:塗面に剥がれが認められない。
△:塗面にわずかの剥がれが認められる。
×:塗面にかなりの剥がれが認められる。
JIS K−5600 5.6に準じて測定した。
沸騰水に2時間浸漬した後に、塗膜の外観を目視で観察した。
○:光沢保持良好
△:光沢が低下して艶が失われた
×:光沢が著しく低下
沸騰水に2時間浸漬した後に、JIS K−5600 5.6に準じて評価した。
JIS K−5400 9.2.2に準じて500時間連続試験後に、目視で観察した。
○:光沢保持良好
△:光沢が低下して艶が失われた
×:光沢が著しく低下
JIS K−5400 9.2.2に準じて500時間連続試験後に、JIS K−5600 5.6に準じて評価した。
JIS K−5400 9.2に準じて塗装表面にクロスカットを行った後、500時間連続で試験を行った。剥離距離はカット面上でテープ剥離を行い、カット中心線からの剥離した幅の最大値を示した。
Claims (7)
- (B)樹脂が、カルボキシル基含有ポリエステル系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粉体塗料組成物。
- 更に、(C)β−ヒドロキシアルキルアミド化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の粉体塗料組成物。
- 組成物100質量部に対し、(B)成分の配合量が7〜99質量部であり、(C)成分の配合量が0.5〜45質量部である請求項4記載の粉体塗料組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の粉体塗料組成物を基材に塗布して得られることを特徴とする塗装物。
- 基材が、金属、金属に表面処理を施したもの及びこれらの金属に下地塗装膜を形成したものから選ばれる請求項6記載の塗装物。
