Claims (7)
- 1つまたは複数の被覆層を炭化ケイ素繊維上に堆積させるステップと、
前記被覆炭化ケイ素繊維を、スラリーを通して引いてスラリー被覆繊維材料を得るステップと、

前記スラリーの組成は、ケイ素、カーボンブラック、及び窒化モリブデンを含み、
前記スラリー被覆繊維材料から一方向プリプレグテープを製造するステップと、
前記テープを積み重ねてプリフォームを形成するステップと、
前記プリフォームを焼成して多孔質焼成プリフォームを得るステップと、
次いで、前記多孔質焼成プリフォームから残留ケイ素元素又はケイ素合金を抽出し、その中の気孔を溶浸することにより高密度化してCMC物品を得るステップと

- 前記CMC物品をガスタービンエンジンに設置するステップと、前記CMC物品を少なくとも約1480℃の温度に供するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーの組成は、ポリビニルブチラールおよびポリイソブチルメタクリレートをさらに含有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーの組成は、トルエン、MIBK、またはエチルベンゼンをさらに含有している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
