Claims (10)
- 被加工材の穴を切削加工するための工具、とりわけ精密加工工具又はリーマであって、
中心軸(7)を有する基体(9)と、
少なくとも一つの幾何的に既定された切刃(23)を備えた少なくとも一つの切削機構(13)と、
前記切削機構(13)を前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)にしっかり締め付けることができる締付機構(17)と、
前記工具(1)の加工直径を調整するための、前記切削機構(13)と協働する調整機構(55)と、を備えており、及び
案内機構(19)を備えており、前記案内機構が、
長く延びた案内要素(21)を含んでおり、前記案内要素が、長く延びた案内収容部(39)と以下のように協働し、すなわち
前記調整機構(55)の作動時の前記切削機構(13)が、変位中に前記中心軸(7)に垂直に滑りながら案内され得るように協働し、その際、
前記案内要素(21)が前記切削機構に、及び前記案内収容部(39)が前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)に、又は
前記案内要素(21)が前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)に、及び前記案内収容部(39)が前記切削機構(13)に設けられており、且つその際、
前記案内要素(21)及び前記案内収容部(39)が、前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)の前記中心軸(7)に垂直に延びており、
前記案内機構(19)が一つだけの案内要素(21)及び/又は
一つだけの案内収容部(39)を有すること、並びに
前記案内要素(21)が長く延びた隆起部を、及び前記案内収容部(39)が長く延びた凹部を有し、
前記切削機構(13)が底面(69)を有しており、前記底面(69)の領域で実現された三点当接を介して前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)に支持されており、
前記切削機構(13)が、前記案内要素(21)又は前記案内収容部(39)に対して間隔をあけて配置された少なくとも一つの支持面(79)を有し、
前記少なくとも一つの支持面(79)が、前記底面(69)に対して角度がついており、折れ目(81)を介して前記底面(69)へと移行するように前記底面(69)の領域に設けられており、
前記切削機構(13)が、前記案内要素(21)の案内面に当接支持され、さらに、前記支持面(79)によって前記基体(9)の当接面(41)に支持され、または、
前記切削機構(13)が、前記案内収容部(39)の領域の二つの前記案内面で案内要素(21)に当接支持されており、さらに折れ目(81)が工具(1)の基体(9)での当接面(41)に載っており、したがって折れ目(81)が前記三点当接の第3の点を形成する
ことを特徴とする、被加工材の穴を切削加工するための工具。 - 前記案内要素(21)及び/又は前記案内収容部(39)が、前記切削機構(13)及び/又は前記基体(9)の当接面(41)の幅の一領域にわたって、好ましくは幅全体にわたって延びており、前記切削機構(13)が前記締付機構(17)により前記当接面に押圧されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記案内要素(21)が、前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)又は前記切削機構(13)に嵌め込まれたピンを備えており、前記ピンの長手軸が、前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)の前記中心軸(7)に垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 前記案内要素(21)及び/又は前記案内収容部(39)が、互いに対して間隔をあけて配置された二つの案内領域を有しており、前記案内領域が、少なくとも前記切削機構(13)の縁又は前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)の当接面(41)の縁まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記切削機構(13)が側面(59)を有しており、前記側面を介して前記調整機構(55)が前記切削機構(13)に作用すること、並びに一つの三点当接が、前記切削機構(13)の底面(69)の領域の二つの案内面(73、75)と、前記切削機構(13)の前記側面(59)に作用する前記調整機構(55)とを介して実現可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記切削機構(13)が、前記少なくとも一つの幾何的に既定された切刃(23)を備えたカッタープレート(25)と、前記少なくとも一つのカッタープレート(25)を収容する収容部(29)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記案内要素(21)又は前記案内収容部(39)が、前記収容部(29)の底面(69)で実現可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工具。
- 前記カッタープレート(25)が、前記収容部(29)における空隙(27)の底(33)に当接する下面(31)と、少なくとも一つの締付溝(37)を備えた上面(35)とを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工具。
- 前記締付機構(17)が、締付リップ(53)を備えた締付爪(51)を有しており、前記締付リップが前記カッタープレート(25)の前記少なくとも一つの締付溝(37)に噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の工具。
- 前記カッタープレート(25)の前記締付溝(37)が、組み込んだ位置では、前記工具(1)の前記基体(9)の前記中心軸(7)に垂直に立っている仮想線(S)に対して角度をつけて走っていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の工具。
