Claims (7)
- 燃料ガス及び酸化剤ガスによって発電する燃料電池装置であって、
原料ガスを改質して前記燃料ガスを生成する改質器(302)と、
前記酸化剤ガスを通し加熱するための加熱流路(40,40B,40D,40E,40E2)と、
前記燃料ガスと前記加熱流路によって加熱された酸化剤ガスとの供給を受けて発電するセルスタック(CS)と、
前記セルスタックから排出された前記燃料ガスを燃焼させた燃焼排ガスを通すための排出流路(41,41B,41D,41E)と、を備え、
前記加熱流路の一端側に設けられた流入口(401a,401Ba,401Da,40Ea)から流入した前記酸化剤ガスは、前記セルスタック及び前記排出流路から受熱して前記加熱流路の他端側に設けられた流出口(403b,403Bb,403Db,40Eb)から流出するものであって、
前記他端側における前記酸化剤ガスの熱を前記一端側における前記酸化剤ガスに戻す熱戻し部(50,50B,50D,50E,50E1,50E2)が設けられており、
前記熱戻し部(50,50B,50D)は、少なくとも前記加熱流路が折り返され、前記一端側と前記他端側とが近接配置されることによって構成され、
前記加熱流路は、第1流路部分(401,401B,401D)と、前記第1流路部分に繋がり前記第1流路部分に対し反対方向に向かう第2流路部分(403,403B,403D)とを有し、
前記排出流路は、第3流路部分(411,411B,411D)と、前記第3流路部分に繋がり前記第3流路部分に対し反対方向に向かう第4流路部分(412,412B,412D)とを有し、
前記第2流路部分は前記セルスタックを囲むように配置されることで前記セルスタックからの輻射熱を受けるように構成され、
前記第2流路部分の外側には順に、前記第3流路部分、前記第4流路部分、前記第1流路部分が配置されることで、前記第1流路部分は前記第4流路部分から受熱し、前記第2流路部分は前記第3流路部分から受熱するように構成されている、燃料電池装置。 - 前記第1流路部分は下方から上方に向かって酸化剤ガスが流れ、前記第2流路部分は上方から下方に向かって酸化剤ガスが流れ、前記第3流路部分は下方から上方に向かって燃焼排ガスが流れ、前記第4流路部分は上方から下方に向かって燃焼排ガスが流れる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記第1流路部分は上方から下方に向かって酸化剤ガスが流れ、前記第2流路部分は下方から上方に向かって酸化剤ガスが流れ、前記第3流路部分は上方から下方に向かって燃焼排ガスが流れ、前記第4流路部分は下方から上方に向かって燃焼排ガスが流れる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記第1流路部分を通る間の前記酸化剤ガスの温度上昇量が、前記第2流路部分を通る間の前記酸化剤ガスの温度上昇量よりも大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記第1流路部分及び前記第4流路部分の少なくとも一方に、伝熱面積拡大部(420,420A)が設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記第1流路部分(401B)の流路幅は前記第2流路部分(403B)の流路幅よりも狭くなるように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記第4流路部分(412B)の流路幅は前記第3流路部分(411B)の流路幅よりも狭くなるように構成されている、請求項6に記載の燃料電池装置。
