Description

本開示は、全般的に、産業ネットワークを管理するシステムおよび方法に関し、特に、電気自動車の電力の配電および充電を管理するために、産業ネットワークの種々のセクションにおいてデータを収集し、収集されたデータを分析するシステムおよび方法に関する。
電力グリッドは、電気発電、電力送電、および電気配電のうちの1つまたはすべてを含み得る。電気は、例えば石炭火力発電所、原子力発電所などの発電所を使用して発電され得る。発電された電力は、効率性のために、超高電圧(very high voltage)(345Kボルトなど)に昇圧されて送電線上で送られる。送電線は、州の境界を横断して、または国境を横断してなど、その卸売客に届くまで電力を長距離送ることもあり、卸売客は、地域の配電網を所有する企業であることもある。送電線は、送電変電所で終わることもあり、送電変電所が、超高電圧を、一次電圧(intermediate voltage)(138Kボルトなど)に降圧することもある。送電変電所からは、より小さな送電線(副送電線など)が一次電圧を配電変電所へ送る。配電変電所において、一次電圧は再び「二次電圧(medium voltage)」(4Kボルト〜23Kボルトなど)に降圧されることもある。1つ以上のフィーダ回路が、配電変電所から出ていることもある。例えば、4〜数十のフィーダ回路が、配電変電所から出ていることもある。フィーダ回路は、4つのワイヤを含む3相回路である(3相それぞれの3つのワイヤ、および中性の1つのワイヤ)。フィーダ回路は、地上(柱上)または地下のいずれかで配線され得る。フィーダ回路上の電圧は、配電変圧器を使用して定期的に取り出されることもあり、配電変圧器は、「二次電圧」から需要家電圧(120Vなど)に電圧を降圧する。次に、この需要家電圧は、例えば電気自動車を充電するために、需要家により使用され得る。
Claims (14)
- 電力追跡および電力割り当てのための方法であって、前記方法は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサおよびメモリを含む少なくとも1つのコンピュータによって実行可能であり、前記方法は、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータによって、発電機、変電所およびフィーダ回路を含む電力グリッドの電力送電アセットおよび電力配電アセット内のシステムおよび充電インフラストラクチャに関係する第1のパラメータと、複数の電気自動車に関係する第2のパラメータであって、前記複数の電気自動車のうちの1台の電気自動車(EV)と関連付けられ、充電ポイントとして前記電力グリッド中に地理的に分散された1つ以上の充電ステーションにおいて、前記EVの旅行計画に従って前記EVを充電するためにスケジュールされた時間およびスケジュールされた位置を含むことを特徴とする前記第2のパラメータとを受信するステップと、
前記フィーダ回路に接続され前記スケジュールされた位置に地域的に配置された充電ステーションの利用可能な電力を判断するために、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用して前記第1のパラメータを分析するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用して前記第1のパラメータおよび前記複数の電気自動車の前記第2のパラメータを分析するステップであって、
前記複数の電気自動車の前記第2のパラメータの集約に基づき、前記スケジュールされた時間および前記スケジュールされた位置における電力需要を予想するステップと、
前記電気自動車の充電のための前記スケジュールされた時間およびスケジュールされた位置において、前記充電ステーションにて前記利用可能な電力によって前記電力需要が達成可能かどうかを判断するステップと
を含む、前記分析するステップと、
前記利用可能な電力によって前記電気自動車を充電するための前記電力需要が達成不可能であると判断するのに応答して、前記プロセッサが、
電気自動車充電のために利用可能な電力の不足を補うために、前記電力グリッドにおいて、前記スケジュールされた時間および前記スケジュールされた位置における電力の割り当ておよび供給を含む需要応答を実行することと、
前記需要応答に従って前記電気自動車を充電することを奨励するために、EV需要家の少なくとも1人と奨励金または割増金を関連付ける経済的ルールを実行することと
をする命令を実行するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記システムおよび充電インフラストラクチャに関係する前記第1のパラメータは、充電ステーションに関して運用上の制限が存在するかどうかと、充電ステーションが前記EV需要家によって予約されているかどうかと、異常イベントの存在と、充電ステーションに関係するインフラストラクチャ能力のレベルとからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記システムおよび充電インフラストラクチャに関係する前記第1のパラメータは、オンサイト電力貯蔵が存在するかどうか、およびEV充電をサポートするために十分であるかどうかを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記システムおよび充電インフラストラクチャに関係する前記第1のパラメータは、EV充電に寄与するオンサイト発電が利用可能かどうかを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記電気自動車が新規需要家であるかまたは既存需要家であるか、および前記需要家によりどのように決済が行われるかに基づき、前記EV需要家の少なくとも1人と前記奨励金または前記割増金を関連付けるビジネスルールを実行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記経済的ルールに関係するパラメータは、充電ステーションでの充電時に有効なレート、ピーク価格設定において有効な需要応答レート、および地域的レートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記経済的ルールに関係するパラメータは、所望の時間に充電に利用可能な電力を削減または停止することになる需要応答イベントへの不参加に対するペナルティ、および需要応答の間の取引に対し適用可能なレートまたは料金を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電力追跡および電力割り当てのためのシステムであって、

前記複数の電気自動車の前記第2のパラメータの集約に基づき、前記スケジュールされた時間および前記スケジュールされた位置における電力需要を予想し、前記電気自動車を充電するための前記スケジュールされた時間およびスケジュールされた位置において、前記充電ステーションにて前記利用可能な電力によって前記電力需要が達成可能かどうかを判断するために、前記第1のパラメータおよび前記複数の電気自動車の前記第2のパラメータを分析することと、
前記利用可能な電力によって前記電気自動車の充電に対する前記電力需要が達成不可能であると判断するのに応答して、
電気自動車充電のために利用可能な電力の不足を補うために、前記電力グリッドにおいて、前記スケジュールされた時間および前記スケジュールされた位置における電力の割り当ておよび供給を含む需要応答を実行し、
前記需要応答に従って前記電気自動車を充電することを奨励するために、EV需要家の少なくとも1人と奨励金または割増金を関連付ける経済的ルールを実行することと
をするよう構成される、システム。 - 前記システムおよび充電インフラストラクチャに関係する前記第1のパラメータは、充電ステーションに関して運用上の制限が存在するかどうかと、充電ステーションが需要家によって予約されているかどうかと、異常イベントの存在と、充電ステーションに関係するインフラストラクチャ能力のレベルとからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
