R1及びR2は、互いに同一であるか異なっており、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン基であり、
R10ないしR15は、互いに同一であるか異なっており、それぞれ独立して、置換もしくは非置換の直鎖又は分枝鎖のアルキル基;置換もしくは非置換の直鎖又は分枝鎖のアルコキシ基;置換もしくは非置換のシクロアルキル基;置換もしくは非置換のアリール基;又は置換もしくは非置換の複素環基である。
分子量分布(PDI):1.22
上記製造された高分子を電子供与体として使用し、PC70BMを電子受容体として使用し、その配合比を下記表1([表1−1]および[1−2])(w/w ratio)のようにし、ジクロロベンゼン(DCB:dichlorobenzene)に溶かして、複合溶液(composit solution)を製造した。このとき、濃度は2.0wt%に調節し、有機太陽電池はITO/PEDOT:PSS/光活性層/Alの構造にした。ITOがコーティングされたガラス基板は、蒸留水、アセトン、2−プロパノールを用いて超音波洗浄し、ITOの表面を10分間オゾン処理した後、45nmの厚さでPEDOT:PSS(AI4083)を4000rpm40秒間スピンコートして、235℃で5分間熱処理した。光活性層のコーティングのためには、化合物−PCBM複合溶液を0.45μmのPPシリンジフィルター(syringefilter)で濾過した後にスピンコートして、3×10−8torrの真空下で熱蒸発器(thermalevaporator)を用いて100nmの厚さでAlを蒸着して、有機太陽電池を製造した。

Claims (10)
- 前記重合体の数平均分子量は、10,000g/molないし100,000g/molである請求項1に記載の重合体。
- 前記重合体の分子量分布は、1ないし3である請求項1に記載の重合体。
- 第1電極;前記第1電極と対向して備えられる第2電極;及び前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に備えられ、光活性層を含む1層以上の有機物層を含み、前記有機物層のうち1層以上は、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の重合体を含むものである有機太陽電池。
- 前記有機物層は、正孔輸送層、正孔注入層又は正孔輸送と正孔注入とを同時にする層を含み、
前記正孔輸送層、正孔注入層又は正孔輸送と正孔注入とを同時にする層は、前記重合体を含む請求項4に記載の有機太陽電池。 - 前記有機物層は、電子注入層、電子輸送層又は電子注入と電子輸送とを同時にする層を含み、
前記電子注入層、電子輸送層又は電子注入と電子輸送とを同時にする層は、前記重合体を含む請求項4に記載の有機太陽電池。 - 前記光活性層は、電子供与体及び電子受容体からなる群より選択される1又は2以上を含み、
前記電子供与体は、前記重合体を含むものである請求項4に記載の有機太陽電池。 - 前記電子受容体は、フラーレン、フラーレン誘導体、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノチューブ誘導体、バソクプロイン、半導体性元素、半導体性化合物及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるものである請求項7に記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記電子供与体及び電子受容体は、バルクヘテロ接合(BHJ)を構成するものである請求項7に記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記光活性層は、n型有機物層及びp型有機物層を含む二層薄膜(bilayer)構造であり、
前記p型有機物層は、前記重合体を含むものである請求項4に記載の有機太陽電池。
