Claims (7)
- 光が入射する第1表面、及び前記第1表面側から入射した前記光を出射する第2表面を有する光透過性基板と、
前記光透過性基板の光出射側に設けられ、前記第2表面から出射される前記光を光電子に変換する光電変換層と、
前記光透過性基板と前記光電変換層との間に設けられ、単層のグラフェンからなる光透過性導電層と、
前記光電変換層と前記光透過性導電層との間に設けられ、光透過性を有する熱応力緩和層と、を備え、
前記熱応力緩和層の熱膨張係数は、前記光電変換層の熱膨張係数よりも小さく、且つ前記グラフェンの熱膨張係数よりも大きい、透過型光電陰極。 - 前記熱応力緩和層の熱膨張係数は、0.0×10−6/K以上10.0×10−6/K以下である、請求項1に記載の透過型光電陰極。
- 前記熱応力緩和層は、酸化物又はフッ化物からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の透過型光電陰極。
- 前記熱応力緩和層は、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化クロム、酸化ガリウム、酸化シリコン又はフッ化マグネシウムからなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の透過型光電陰極。
- 前記光透過性基板は、紫外線透過材料からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の透過型光電陰極。
- 前記光電変換層は、アンチモン又はテルルと、アルカリ金属とを含んで構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の透過型光電陰極。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の透過型光電陰極を備える電子管。
