Description
a)ポリアミド及び/又はポリエステルをベースとするマルチフィラメントより成るヤーンを準備する工程、
b)5本以下のフィラメントが重なり合うようにヤーンを開繊する工程、
c)1種以上の(適した)固着剤より成るマトリックスを形成することによってヤーンを固着させる工程、
d)固着させたヤーンを巻き取る工程
を包含するテープヤーンの製造法において、1種以上の固着剤を、コポリアミド、コポリエステル及びシリコーン並びにこれらの混合物又はブレンドから成る群から選択することを特徴とする方法によって解決される。
サンプル長さは150mmであり、その約40mmを真ん中でニードルを使って切り離し、そして試験装置にズボンを固定した。クランプ長さは50mm、引取速度は100mm/分であり、かつデータロギングは150mmの経路にわたり行う。
サンプルの大きさ:平行な10本の繊維
長さ:50mm+ヤーン固定のために右側及び左側に約5mm
幅:約10mm
支持幅:25mm
LO=10mm (支持高さからの圧力受の距離)
Lmax=25mm 移動経路、試験経路
V=500mm/分 試験速度
Claims (12)
- 以下の工程、
a)ポリアミド及び/又はポリエステルをベースとするマルチフィラメントより成るヤーンを準備する工程、
b)5本以下のフィラメントが重なり合うようにヤーンを開繊する工程、
c)1種以上の固着剤より成るマトリックスを形成することによってヤーンを固着させる工程、
d)固着させたヤーンを巻き取る工程
を包含するテープヤーンの製造法において、前記1種以上の固着剤を、コポリアミドから選択することを特徴とし、
固着剤としてコポリアミドを、水性懸濁液中で又はエタノール/水性溶液として、直接又は10〜20%に希釈して用い、かつ、前記コポリアミドが、1μm未満の平均粒度を有する接着剤である、方法。 - 前記開繊を、最大3本以下のフィラメントが重なり合うように実施することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- マルチフィラメントより成り、事前に仕上げ加工剤及びサイズ剤が除去されているヤーンを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げ加工剤及びサイズ剤を、ラムジェットウォッシャーによる処理によって除去していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記固着させたヤーンを、前記巻き取り前にさらにカレンダー仕上げすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記巻き取りを、撚りをかけることなく実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリアミド及び/又はポリエステルをベースとするマルチフィラメントヤーンより成るテープヤーンであって、ここで、前記テープヤーン内では5本以下のフィラメントが重なり合い、ここで、前記テープヤーンは、1種以上の固着剤より成るマトリックスの形成によって固着させられているテープヤーンにおいて、前記1種以上の固着剤が、コポリアミドから選択されていることを特徴とするテープヤーン。
- 最大3本以下のフィラメントが重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のテープヤーン。
- エアバッグ布地を製造するための、請求項7又は8に記載のテープヤーンの使用。
- 無サイズ、非洗浄及び非コーティングのエアバッグ布地を製造するための、請求項9に記載のテープヤーンの使用。
- 接着促進剤を添加しながらタイヤ補強材を製造するための、請求項7又は8に記載のテープヤーンの使用。
- テキスタイル建築のための、請求項7又は8に記載のテープヤーンの使用。
