Description
Claims (15)
- ケーブル外装剥離ユニット(1)であって、
複数の導体(22)を包囲する内側ジャケット(21)の周囲に配置された複数の外装としての外側層(20A,20B)を有する伝送ケーブル(2)を収容し、かつ、該伝送ケーブル(2)の前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)に切り込むように配置された少なくとも1つの切断工具(12A,12B)を有するカッタ機構(12A,12B,120A,120B)を保持するように、構成されたフレーム(11)と、
前記伝送ケーブル(2)に対する前記フレーム(11)の並進を行うように構成された鉛直方向送り機構(13)と、
前記伝送ケーブル(2)の周囲で前記切断工具(12A,12B)を移動させるように構成された回転機構(14)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、ケーブル外装剥離ユニット(1)。 - 前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)への前記切断工具(12A,12B)の切込み深さを設定するように構成された制御ユニット(10)を備える、請求項1記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 前記切断工具(12A,12B)を前記伝送ケーブル(2)に対してピッチ角(α)で位置決めし、かつ/または、前記切断工具(12A,12B)を前記伝送ケーブル(2)に対してロール角(β)で位置決めするように構成された位置決め手段(120A,120B)を備える、請求項1または2記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 切断工具ピッチ角(α)は、前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)のピッチ角(θ,θA,θB)に相当する、請求項3記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 前記切断工具(12A,12B)は、円形のコールドソー(12A,12B)を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- ソーブレードに対する圧力を検出するために配置された圧力センサを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 切断された外装層(20A,20B)を前記伝送ケーブル(2)から引き離すように構成された引き離し工具(15)を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 切断された外装(20A,20B)のピース(200)を収集するように構成されたコレクタユニット(16)を備える、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 鉛直方向送り機構(13)および/または回転機構(14)および/または引き離し工具(15)および/またはコレクタユニット(16)が、前記フレーム(11)に取り付けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 洋上支持構造体(30)と、該洋上支持構造体(30)に取り付けられた風車(3)との間に配置されたトランジションピース(31)のレベルにおいて使用するように構成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット。
- 複数の導体(22)を包囲する内側ジャケット(21)の周囲に配置された複数の外装としての外側層(20A,20B)を有する伝送ケーブル(2)から外装を剥離する方法であって、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル外装剥離ユニット(1)のフレーム(11)内に前記伝送ケーブル(2)を配置するステップと、
前記伝送ケーブル(2)の前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)に切り込むようにカッタ機構(12A,12B,120A,120B)の複数の切断工具(12A,12B)をその回転軸線回りに回転させるステップと、
前記フレーム(11)に対する前記伝送ケーブル(2)の並進を行うように鉛直方向送り機構(13)を作動させるステップと、
前記伝送ケーブル(2)の周囲で前記切断工具(12A,12B)を移動させるように回転機構(14)を作動させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記伝送ケーブル(2)の並進を行うステップおよび/または前記切断工具(12A,12B)の移動を行うステップを、前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)の切断中に行う、請求項11記載の方法。
- 同時に、第1の外装としての外側層(20A)を切断するために第1の切断工具(12A)を制御し、かつ第2の外装としての外側層(20B)を切断するために第2の切断工具(12B)を制御するステップを含む、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 前記カッタ機構(12A,12B,120A,120B)を、前記外装としての外側層(20A,20B)を複数のピース(200)に切断するように制御する、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 切断された外装としての外側層(20A,20B)のピース(200)を収集するステップを含む、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
