Claims (7)
- 周囲に存在する液体の量に応じた出力値を出力する漏液検知センサと、
第1の閾値を設定し、前記漏液検知センサから出力された前記出力値と前記第1の閾値とを比較することで前記液体の漏れの有無を判定する漏液判定部と、を備え、
前記第1の閾値は、前記出力値に応じて変動し、
前記第1の閾値は、前記漏液検知センサが周囲に存在する前記液体の量を検知し始めてから所定の期間内は前記出力値によらず一定である、漏液検知器。 - 前記第1の閾値は、前記出力値の移動平均に応じて変動する、請求項1に記載の漏液検知器。
- 前記出力値は、電気抵抗の測定値である、請求項1又は2に記載の漏液検知器。
- 前記漏液判定部は、
前記出力値によらず、予め所定の値に定められる第2の閾値を更に設定し、
前記出力値と前記第1の閾値及び前記第2の閾値とを比較することで前記液体の漏れの有無を判定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の漏液検知器。 - 前記第2の閾値は、調節可能である、請求項4に記載の漏液検知器。
- 前記漏液判定部は、
前記液体の漏れが有ると判定した後において、漏れが無くなったと判定するための復帰閾値を更に設定し、
前記出力値と前記復帰閾値とを比較することで漏れが無くなったか否かを判定し、
前記復帰閾値は、前記第1の閾値に応じて変動する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の漏液検知器。 - 漏液検知センサの周囲に存在する液体の量に応じた出力値を出力する工程と、
前記漏液検知センサから出力された前記出力値と前記出力値に応じて変動する第1の閾値とを比較する工程と、
前記比較に基づいて前記液体の漏れの有無を判定する工程と、を備え、
前記第1の閾値は、前記漏液検知センサが周囲に存在する前記液体の量を検知し始めてから所定の期間内は前記出力値によらず一定である、漏液検知方法。
