Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る永久磁石同期電動機の横断面図、図2は図1に示す永久磁石同期電動機の要部拡大図である。永久磁石同期電動機100は、固定子1と固定子1の径方向内側に隙間4を介して配置される回転子2とを備える。
図5は本発明の実施の形態2に係る永久磁石同期電動機の要部拡大図である。実施の形態2では、実施の形態1と同一部分に同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、異なる部分についてのみ述べる。実施の形態2に係る永久磁石同期電動機100Aでは、第1のティース1bU1の先端部1b2の径方向の厚みT1が、第2のティース1bU2の先端部1b2の径方向の厚みT2よりも薄く形成されている。厚みT1は、第1のティース1bU1の巻線部1b1と先端部1b2との付根部1b3から回転子対向面1b4までの径方向幅に等しい。厚みT2は、第2のティース1bU2の巻線部1b1と先端部1b2との付根部1b3から回転子対向面1b4までの径方向幅に等しい。
Claims (4)
- 環状のヨークと、前記ヨークの内側で前記ヨークの周方向に離間して配列される複数のティースと、を備え、
前記複数のティースの各々は、コイルが巻かれる部分を有し、
前記複数のティースは6つのティース群を含み、
前記6つのティース群の各々は、同相のコイルが巻かれ、回転子の回転方向の順に配置された前記6つのティース群の各々の第1のティースおよび第2のティースを含み、
前記第1のティースの前記部分の幅は、前記第2のティースの前記部分の幅よりも狭い10極12スロットの固定子コア。 - 前記第1のティースの先端部の径方向幅は、前記第2のティースの先端部の径方向幅よりも狭い請求項1に記載の固定子コア。
- 前記第1のティースに巻かれるコイルの巻線方向は、前記第2のティースに巻かれるコイルの巻線方向とは逆向きである請求項1または請求項2に記載の固定子コア。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の固定子コアと、前記固定子コアの内側に配置される回転子とを備えた永久磁石同期電動機。
