Description
ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、飽和ポリエステル樹脂等が挙げられる。
長鎖分岐ポリエチレンを用い、単層の目薬用容器をブロー成形により形成した。用いた長鎖分岐ポリエチレンの密度は0.928g/cm3、メルトフローレート(MFR)は1g/10min、融点は113℃である。
長鎖分岐ポリエチレンの代わりに直鎖状短鎖分岐ポリエチレン(LLDPE)を用い、実施例と同様の容器をブロー成形した。用いた直鎖状短鎖分岐ポリエチレン(LLDPE)の密度は0.919g/cm3、メルトフローレート(MFR)は2.1g/10min、融点は119℃である。
長鎖分岐ポリエチレンの代わりに高圧法低密度ポリエチレン(HP−LDPE)を用い、実施例と同様の容器をブロー成形した。用いた高圧法低密度ポリエチレン(HP−LDPE)の密度は0.919g/cm3、メルトフローレート(MFR)は1g/10min、融点は109℃である。
長鎖分岐ポリエチレンの代わりに高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を用い、実施例と同様の容器をブロー成形した。用いた高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)の密度は0.949g/cm3、メルトフローレート(MFR)は0.3g/10min、融点は126℃である。
長鎖分岐ポリエチレンの代わりに直鎖状短鎖分岐ポリエチレン(LLDPE)を用い、実施例と同様の容器をブロー成形した。用いた直鎖状短鎖分岐ポリエチレン(LLDPE)の密度は0.86g/cm3、メルトフローレート(MFR)は0.5g/10min、融点は48℃である。
作製した実施例、比較例の医療用容器(目薬用容器)について、酸性物質の発生状況、透明性、水蒸気バリア性を評価した。結果を表1に示す。酸性物質の発生状況は、下記の条件にて行った。放射線滅菌を行った容器量8mlの容器をイオン交換水で2回、ミリポア水で1回洗浄した。その後、2.69mlの薬液を容器に入れてシールしたものを70℃恒温槽にて1日放置し、その後、恒温槽から取り出して1時間常温にて放置したもの0.5mlに0.0248mlの塩化カリウムを入れてpHを測定した。測定したpHにおいて、同様にガラス容器で測定したpHとの差が1.0以上の場合を×、0.5〜1.0の場合を△、0.5以下である場合を○とした。
Claims (4)
- 放射線の照射により滅菌処理が施される医療用容器であって、
少なくとも内面が長鎖分岐構造を有するポリエチレン樹脂により形成されており、
前記長鎖分岐構造を有するポリエチレン樹脂は、密度が925〜970kg/m3、メルトフローレート(MFR)が0.1〜100g/10分、ゲル・パーミエーション・クロマトグラフィーによる分子量測定において2つのピークを示し、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)の比(Mw/Mn)が2.0〜7.0の範囲であり、かつ分子量分別した際のMnが10万以上のフラクション中に長鎖分岐を主鎖1000炭素数あたり0.15個以上有するものであり、
幅9mm×長さ40mmの大きさで厚さが1mmの試験片を作成し、その試験片を紫外線吸収スペクトル測定用セルに浸し水中での波長450nmの透過率を測定した時の透過率が70%以上であり、
内容積32mlの容器に水を20ml入れ、55℃(湿度ドライ)における1日当たりの透過量を測定した時の透過量が0.008g以下であることを特徴とする医療用容器。 - 前記長鎖分岐構造を有するポリエチレン樹脂は、長鎖ポリエチレン鎖の末端にのみ分岐構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療用容器。
- 多層の成形体からなり、内外層が長鎖分岐構造を有するポリエチレン樹脂により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の医療用容器。
- 放射線滅菌を行った容器量8mlの容器をイオン交換水で2回、ミリポア水で1回洗浄した後、2.69mlの薬液を容器に入れてシールしたものを70℃恒温槽にて1日放置し、その後、恒温槽から取り出して1時間常温にて放置したもの0.5mlに0.0248mlの塩化カリウムを入れてpHを測定した時に、測定したpHと、同様にガラス容器で測定したpHとの差が0.5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の医療容器。
