Description
●以下のギアコンビネーションが選択されるようにするか、
○スピゴット軸受16への軸方向荷重Fを低減するアクティブギアを含むもの、
○上記第1の入力軸12と上記主軸11の間で相対回転を可能にするアクティブギアを含むもの、
○上記第1の入力軸12と上記主軸11の間で相対回転を可能にするパッシブギアを含むもの、又は、
●パッシブギアにおいて、第1の入力軸及び主軸の同期が中断される、即ち、パッシブギアが選択されないようにする。
Claims (10)
- デュアルクラッチトランスミッション(10)を備えた車両のエンジンブレーキ操作を制御する方法であって、前記デュアルクラッチトランスミッション(10)は、主軸(11)と、第1及び第2の同軸入力軸(12;13)とを備えており、
−前記第1の入力軸(12)は前記第2の入力軸(13)の内部に配置され、
−前記主軸(11)は、スピゴット軸受(16)を介して前記第1の入力軸(12)に懸架され、
−前記第1の入力軸(12)は、前記主軸(11)上に回転配置された第1の歯車(17)に回転固定されており、
前記トランスミッション(10)は、各々が、それを介してトルクを伝達することができるアクティブギア選択と、それを介してトルクを伝達することができないパッシブギア選択とからなる、様々なギアコンビネーションに設定されるように構成されており、
予め設定された数のギアコンビネーションでは、前記第1の入力軸(12)及び前記主軸(11)は同期回転をするものであり、
前記車両がエンジンブレーキ操作に設定されている時;
−前記トランスミッション(10)が前記予め設定された数のギアコンビネーションのうちの1つに設定されているかどうかが継続的に確認し、
前記トランスミッションが前記予め設定された数のギアコンビネーションのうちの1つに設定されている場合;
−前記スピゴット軸受への損傷荷重が低減するように前記エンジンブレーキ操作を修正する、方法。 - 前記エンジンブレーキ操作の前記修正は、エンジンブレーキトルクの低減を少なくとも含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンブレーキ操作の前記修正は、前記エンジンブレーキ操作の中断を少なくとも含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンブレーキ操作の前記修正は、
−前記予め設定された数のギアコンビネーションのうちの前記1つにおける前記エンジンブレーキ操作の中断が実行されることを少なくとも含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記トランスミッション(10)が前記予め設定された数のギアコンビネーションのうちの1つに設定されていると判定された場合にタイマー(T)が起動し、最初にタイマー(T)が所定の制限時間(t)に達した時に、前記エンジンブレーキ操作の前記修正を実行する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制限時間(t)は、以下のパラメータ:軸方向荷重(F)、軸受摩耗、最後のオイル交換からの時間、トランスミッション内の油温のうちの少なくとも1つに依存する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記制限時間(t)は、0〜60秒に予め定義される、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行した時に請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するためのコード手段からなる、コンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータ上で実行した時に請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するためのプログラムコード手段からなるコンピュータプログラムを担持する、コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するように構成されている、車両のエンジンブレーキ操作を制御するための電子制御装置。
