Claims (12)
- タービンブレードの表面に沿って冷却チャネルを形成する方法であって、
タービンブレードの表面の第1の部分に第1のマスク材料を塗工する工程と、
第1のマスク材料の上及びタービンブレードの表面の第2の部分の上に第1のバリア層を形成する工程と、
第1のマスク材料及び第1のマスク材料の上のバリア層を除去して、タービンブレードの表面の第1の部分を露出させる工程と、
タービンブレードの表面の第1の部分をエッチングして、タービンブレードの表面に沿って冷却チャネルを形成する工程と、
冷却チャネルに第2のマスク材料を充填する工程と、
第2のマスク材料の上及びタービンブレードの表面の第2の部分の上に、高温金属層を堆
積させる工程と、
高温金属層の上に第3のマスク材料を堆積させる工程と、
第3のマスク材料及び高温金属層の上に第2のバリア層を堆積させる工程と、
第3のマスク材料、及び第3のマスク材料の上の第2のバリア層を除去する工程と、
第2のマスク材料まで通すように高温金属層をエッチングする工程と、
第2のマスク材料を除去する工程と
を含み、
高温金属層を堆積させる工程が、
高温金属層をアルミナイジングする工程と、
アルミナイジングした高温金属層をアルミナイド層に変換する工程と、
多孔質金属層を形成するために、アルミナイド層からアルミニウムを除去する工程と
によって多孔質金属層を形成する工程を含む、方法。 - 冷却チャネルとタービンブレード内の冷却源との間の通路を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- タービンブレードの表面に、冷却チャネルを覆うのに十分であるが冷却チャネルを充填しない金属ボンドコートを塗工する工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 冷却チャネルが第1の幅を有し、高温金属層をエッチングする工程が、高温金属層の少なくとも一部が冷却チャネルの上に延在するように、高温金属層を、第1の幅未満である第2の幅にエッチングする工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- アルミナイジングする工程が、高温金属層をアルミニウム浴湯に浸漬する工程、高温金属層上にアルミニウムを噴霧堆積する工程、又は高温金属層上にアルミニウムを蒸着する工程のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- アルミナイド層からアルミニウムを除去する工程が、苛性溶液を使用してアルミナイド層からアルミニウムを浸出させる工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 多孔質金属層を酸化させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1のマスク材料が、フォトレジスト及びポリマ材料から成る群から選択される、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1のバリア層が、酸窒化チタン、TiO2、TaO2、TiN、SiO2、酸化アルミニウム、及び耐火金属酸化物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種類の材料を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- タービンブレードをコーティングする方法であって、
タービンブレード表面の金属層をアルミナイジングする工程と、
アルミナイジングした金属層をアルミナイド層に変換する工程と、
アルミナイド層からアルミニウムを除去し、多孔質金属層を形成する工程と
を含む方法。 - タービンブレードであって、
ニッケル基超合金翼形部と、
翼形部の表面上の酸化多孔質金属層と、
酸化多孔質材料上のボンドコート又は遮熱コーティングのうちの少なくとも一方と
を備え、
前記酸化多孔質金属層が、タービンブレード表面の金属層をアルミナイジングする工程と、アルミナイジングした金属層をアルミナイド層に変換する工程と、アルミナイド層からアルミニウムを除去する工程と、により形成された、タービンブレード。 - 翼形部の表面に沿った少なくとも1つの冷却チャネルと、
少なくとも1つの冷却チャネルとタービンブレード内の冷却剤の供給源との間の少なくとも1つの通路と
をさらに備える、請求項11記載のタービンブレード。
