Claims (16)
- バッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルを収容し、相互結合する第1ケース及び第2ケースを備えるケースと、
前記ケースを覆い包むホルダーと、を備え、
前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースのうち少なくともいずれか一つの外面には、第1締結部が形成され、前記ホルダーの内面には、前記第1締結部と結合する第2締結部が形成され、
前記第1締結部は、前記ケースの挿入方向に傾斜が形成された斜面と、前記ケースの挿入方向と垂直な垂直面を含み、前記第2締結部は、凹部であり、前記第1締結部は、前記第2締結部と結合することによって、前記ホルダーと前記ケースとを結合させ、
前記ホルダーは、中空を含み、前記ケースは、前記中空内に挿入され、
前記中空内に前記ケースを挿入する時、前記第1締結部及び前記第2締結部は、前記挿入の方向と逆方向に、前記ケースが前記ホルダーと分離されることを防止するバッテリーパック。 - 前記ケースの一側には、前記ケースの外側方向に突出したバンプが形成され、
前記中空内に前記ケースを挿入する時、前記バンプは、前記挿入の方向に前記ケースが前記ホルダーと分離されることを防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記外面と前記内面との間には、間隙が形成され、
前記間隙は、前記ホルダーの一端から前記第1締結部まで一直線に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記間隙には、分解キットが挿入されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記分解キットの挿入時、前記ホルダーと前記ケースとは、相互分離されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1締結部及び前記第2締結部は、それぞれ複数個形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケース内に収容され、前記バッテリーセルと電気的に連結された保護回路モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、外部接続端子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 中空のホルダーと、
前記中空内に挿入されて、前記ホルダーと結合するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容されるバッテリーセルと、を備え、
前記ケースは、相互結合する第1ケース及び第2ケースを含み、
前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースのうち少なくともいずれか一つの外面には、第1締結部が形成され、前記ホルダーの内面には、前記第1締結部と結合する第2締結部が形成され、
前記第1締結部は、前記ケースの挿入方向に傾斜が形成された斜面と、前記ケースの挿入方向と垂直な垂直面を含み、前記第2締結部は、凹部であり、前記第1締結部は、前記第2締結部と結合することによって、前記ホルダーと前記ケースとを結合させ、
前記中空内に前記ケースを挿入する時、前記第1締結部及び前記第2締結部は、前記挿入の方向と逆方向に前記ケースが前記ホルダーと分離されることを防止し、
前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースのうち少なくともいずれか一つの外面と前記ホルダーの内面との間には、分解キットが挿入される間隙が形成され、
前記間隙内に前記分解キットを挿入する時、前記ホルダーと前記ケースとは、相互分離されるバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1締結部は、弾性力を有し、
前記間隙内に前記分解キットを挿入する時、前記第1締結部と前記第2締結部との結合が解除されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ケースの一側には、前記ケースの外側方向に突出したバンプが形成されることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バンプは、前記中空内に前記ケースを挿入する時、前記挿入の方向に前記ケースが前記ホルダーと分離されることを防止することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記間隙は、前記ホルダーの一端から前記第1締結部まで一直線に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1締結部及び前記第2締結部は、それぞれ複数個形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケース内に収容され、前記バッテリーセルと電気的に連結された保護回路モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9から14の何れか1項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、外部接続端子及び前記バッテリーセルの温度を測定する温度センサーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリーパック。
