Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの領域(7)内に感光性のホログラム層(3)を有する複合体(1)を提供又は製造するステップと、保持部(101)上又は内に複合体(1)を配置するステップと、ホログラフィック情報を感光性のホログラム層(3)の領域(7)へ露光させるために、感光性の層の感光性の領域内で干渉するコヒーレント光(162)で複合体(1)を露光させるステップと、感光性のホログラム層(6)内で露光させたホログラムを定着させるステップと、を有する、セキュリティ文書のための複合体(1)に後になってからホログラフィック標識を付すための方法において、
複合体(1)の前側(12)に当接するように、フィルムとして形成されかつローラ(131)によりほどかれて広げられるマスター(130)が取り付けられ、このマスター(130)が、光伝播に影響を与える少なくとも1つの構造(132)を有し、光伝播に影響を与える構造(130)が、コントアクトプリントとして、露光時に、ホログラム層(3)の感光性の領域(7)へコピーされること、を特徴とする方法。 - フィルムとして形成されたマスター(130)が、露光の前にロール(140)によって複合体(1)に押し付けられること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- マスター(130)が、光伝播に影響を与える少なくとも1つの構造(132)、即ち体積ホログラム構造を有するように提供され、この体積ホログラム構造が、ホログラフィック情報の構成要素としてホログラム層(3)の感光性の領域(7)にインプリントされること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複合体(1)が、ホログラム層(3)の感光性の領域(7)の部分(13)において、少なくとも1つの波長に対して透過性であるように、複合体(1)が、製造又は提供され、この波長のコヒーレント光による複合体(1)の露光が、複合体(1)の裏側(14)を通って行なわれ、この裏側が、前側(12)とは反対に向いており、この前側に、マスター(130)が取り付けられ、ホログラフィック情報をホログラム層(3)へ露光させるために、光伝播に影響を与える少なくとも1つの構造(132)において少なくとも一つの波長の光が反射され、かつホログラム層(3)の感光性の領域(7)内で光自体と干渉することを、特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コヒーレント光(162)が、空間的な光モジュレータ(164)によって変調されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複合体(1)が、保持部(101)に形成された吸込み穴(121)の上に配置され、これら吸込み穴内に、保持部(101)の周辺圧力に対する負圧が、複合体(1)を保持部(101)に保持及び/又は固定するために提供され、露光後、大気圧に対する均圧あるいは過圧がもたらされ、複合体が保持部(101)から取外されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 保持部(101)が凹部(103)を有する平坦な接触面(102)を備え、この凹部が複合体(1)の形状に適合しており、複合体の前側(12)が接触面(102)と面一で閉鎖するように複合体(1)は凹部(103)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- マスター(130)が二次元領域の面積を備えており、この領域が感光性の領域(7)の真上で複合体(1)の前側(12)の二次元領域の面積よりも大きく、従ってフィルムとして形成されたマスター(130)の少なくとも一部が、複合体の前側(12)に取付けられた後に保持部(101)の接触面(102)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フィルムとして形成されたマスター(130)が使用され、曲げられたおよび/または平らでない表面へのマスターの適合性が、複合体(1)の前側(12)の適合性よりも良好であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- セキュリティ文書のための複合体(1)にホログラフィック標識を付すための装置(100)であって、この装置が、
複合体(1)を収容するための保持部(101)と標識を付すべき複合体(1)内に一体化されたホログラム層(3)の感光性の領域(7)を露光するためのコヒーレント光(162)を供給する照明装置(160)を備え、
光(162)を保持部内にあるいは保持部上に配置された複合体(1)に向けるための露光装置(160)が形成されている装置において、
保持部(101)内に配置された複合体(1)の前側(12)にフィルムとして形成されかつローラ131によりほどかれて広げられるマスター(130)を載せるためのマスター付加装置が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 保持部が吸込み開口部(121)を備え、この吸込み開口部が負圧発生装置と、保持部(101)の大気圧に対する負圧と均圧が制御された状態で発生可能であるように接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 保持部(101)が凹部(103)を有する平らな接触面(102)を備え、この凹部が複合体(1)の形状に適合していることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 凹部(103)内に、当接板(104)が配置されており、当接板(104)が接触面(102)の表面法線(107)に対して平行に位置決め可能であり、従って前側(12)と対向する裏側(14)と当接板(104)の当接面(105)に当接するように配置された複合体(1)の前側(12)が、接触面(102)でもって面一で閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 当接板が当接板(104)を当接面(105)に対して横方向に貫通する凹部を備えているか、あるいは露光するための露光装置により供給される光(162)の少なくとも一つの波長に対して少なくとも面の一部が透過性であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 制御可能で可動のロール(140)が、マスター(130)を複合体(1)の前側(12)にマスター(130)を載せた後、ロール(140)を転がすことによりこの前側に押し当てるために形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
