Claims (10)
- 68.77モル%から75モル%のSiO2 、9.23モル%から16モル%のAl 2 O 3 、0モル%から10モル%のLi 2 O、6モル%から16モル%のNa 2 O、0モル%から2.5モル%のK 2 O、0モル%から8.5モル%のMgO、0モル%から1.5モル%のCaO、0モル%から6モル%のZnO、および0モル%から6モル%のZrO 2 を含み、400μm未満の厚さおよび107×10-7/℃未満の第1の熱膨張係数と第2の熱膨張係数との間の差(ΔCTE)を有するガラスであって、前記第1の熱膨張係数は、液体状態にある前記ガラスの熱膨張係数であり、前記第2の熱膨張係数は、室温でガラス状態にある前記ガラスの熱膨張係数である、ガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、イオン交換され、表面から層の深さまで延在する圧縮応力下にある層を有し、前記圧縮応力が少なくとも500MPaであり、前記層の深さが少なくとも5μmである、請求項1記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが少なくとも100キロポアズの液相線粘度を有する、請求項1または2記載のガラス。
- 前記第1の熱膨張係数が195×10-7/℃未満である、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、Al2O3と、Li2O、K2O、MgO、CaO、およびZnOの少なくとも1つとを含み、Na2O+K2O+Li2O−Al2O3≧0モル%である、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、68.77モル%から73.77モル%のSiO2 、9.23モル%から10.27モル%のAl2O3、0モル%から6.43モル%のLi2O、6.23モル%から15.47モル%のNa2O、0モル%から2.5モル%のK2O、0モル%から6.43モル%のMgO、0.04モル%から0.06モル%のCaO、0モル%から2.62モル%のZnO、および0モル%から4.9モル%のZrO2 、および、0.15モル%から0.17モル%のSnO 2 を含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが9.23モル%から11モル%のAl2O3を含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが11モル%から16モル%のNa2Oを含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスのLi2Oが0モル%である、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 3モル%≦MgO+CaO+ZnO≦4モル%である、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のガラス。
