Claims (7)
- 所定の幾何学形状の部材を製造するために中空室形材を切断するための装置において、
装置が基本的に、一つの打抜き型(7)、一つあるいは複数の補助切断板(14)としてのスライダ、から成り、補助切断板(14)が、液圧シリンダ(13)を用いて中空室形材の中空室(4)内に挿入されることが可能であり、打抜き型(7)が、前側の打抜き縁部(8)と後側の打抜き縁部(9)を備えており、前側の打抜き縁部(8)が、まず補助切断版(14)の領域で上面(2)を切断し、そして打抜き型(7)が降りてくる間、上面(2)を、中空室の共に設けられるウェブ(5)の間で折れ曲げるので、二重ウェブ形材(1)の中空室が閉じられるように、後側の打抜き縁部(9)が、前側の打抜き縁部(8)に対して、後ろに置かれて形成されている
ることを特徴とする装置。 - 打抜き型(7)が、製造すべき幾何学形状に相応して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 打抜き型(7)内において、ウェブ(5)、あるいは中空室形材の壁部の領域内に間隙部(10)が配置されており、これら間隙部が、ウェブ(5)の方向において、前側の打抜き縁部(8)から後ろ側の打抜き縁部(9)まで推移していることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 間隙部(10)内に、中空室形材のウェブ(5)のための切断縁部(11)が配置されており、これらの切断縁部が前側の打抜き縁部(8)と後側の打抜き縁部(9)に対して後ろに置かれていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の装置による中空室形材を押出し工程の後、切断するための方法において、所定の幾何学形状の部材を製造するための中空室形材の切断が、打抜き工程により行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 打抜き工程を開始する前に、中空室形材の中空室(4)内に補助切断板(14)が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 打抜き工程の間に、中空室形材の上面(2)が打抜き型により折り曲げられ、それにより中空室(4)を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
