Description
Claims (7)
- ポリマーを含浸した繊維帯材(2)の形態をした複合繊維材料の製造装置(1)にして、
繊維帯材原反(4)を供給し、前記繊維帯材(2、4)を加工経路(5)に沿って搬送するための搬送装置(3)と、
前記繊維帯材原反(4)を、前記ポリマーの融点より高い加工温度まで予熱するための予熱装置(9)と、
溶融された前記ポリマーを、前記繊維帯材原反(4)の幅全体にわたり、前記繊維帯材原反(4)の表面に付与するための付与装置(12)と、
少なくとも1つの圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20、40、41)を備えて構成される少なくとも1つの圧力せん断振動付加装置(18、19、39)であって、前記ポリマーの前記付与の後に、前記圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20、40、41)によって前記繊維帯材原反(4)に前記繊維帯材原反(4)の平面に対して垂直に圧力を加え、それと同時に、前記圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20、40、41)により、前記繊維帯材原反(4)の平面内で、かつ帯材移動方向に対して横方向の振動運動成分(y)を有するせん断振動を付加し、前記圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20、40、41)と対向圧力部材(21、43、42)の間で前記繊維帯材原反(4)が案内されるような圧力せん断振動付加装置(18、19、39)と、
前記圧力せん断振動付加装置(18、19、39)による圧力せん断振動の付加が完了するまで、前記繊維帯材原反(4)を前記ポリマーの融点より高い加工温度範囲内に保持するための少なくとも1つのテンパリング装置(22、34、45)と、を備え、
前記繊維帯材原反(4)の一部への前記圧力せん断振動の付加が、前記ポリマーの付与が行われた後に、前記加工経路(5)に沿って連続して複数回実行されることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記加工経路にて、前記付与装置(12)の前にせん断力付加装置(8)が配置され、このせん断力付加装置は、個々の粗紡糸(7)の中の個々の単繊維の特別な分離のために、サイズ剤で処理された前記繊維帯材原反(4)にまず、前記繊維帯材原反(4)を形成する前記粗紡糸(7)が合体されて前記繊維帯材原反(4)を形成する前に、前記繊維帯材原反(4)の平面(xy)に対して垂直な力成分で、せん断力(S)が加えられるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記付与装置(12)が広口ノズル(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20、40、41)が、供給部(24)と、圧力せん断振動付加部(25、38)と、排出部(26)とを有するスタンプヘッド(23、42、43)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加工経路(5)に沿って相前後して配置された複数の圧力せん断振動スタンプ(20)を特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 対向する圧力せん断振動スタンプ(40、41)を設け、前記繊維帯材原反(4)の一部への圧力せん断振動の付加が、前記ポリマーが付与された後に、2つの前記対向する圧力せん断振動スタンプ(40、41)によって両側から実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記対向圧力部材(21、43、42)がテンパリング装置(22)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
