Claims (13)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kompozitnog materijala od vlakana, koji materijal ima oblik trake od vlakana impregnirane polimerom (2), naznačen time što obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- pripremanje sirove trake od vlakana (4) i transportiranje sirove trake od vlakana (4) duž puta za obradu (5),
- predgrijavanje sirove trake od vlakana (4) na temperaturu obrade, koja temperatura je viša od točke taljenja polimera,
- nanošenje rastaljenog polimera na cijelu širinu sirove trake od vlakana (4), na površinu sirove trake od vlakana (4),
- primjenu tlaka na sirovu traku od vlakana (4) okomito na ravninu trake nakon nanošenja polimera, pri čemu se primjena tlaka postiže s najmanje jednim tlačnim žigom (20) uz istovremeno izlaganje posmičnom vibriranju tlačnog žiga (20), koje vibriranje ima komponentu kretanja vibracija (y) na ravnini trake i poprijeko na smjer kretanja trake,
- držanje sirove trake od vlakana (4) unutar područja temperature obrade iznad točke taljenja polimera barem sve do završetka izlaganja tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je sirova traka od vlakana (4) načinjena od većeg broja pretpređa (7) koje su zajedno skupljene, pri čemu je sirova traka od vlakana (4), koja je obrađena pomoću sredstva za odvajanje, najprije izložena međusobnom odvajanju pojedinačnih niti unutar pojedinih pretpređa (7) pomoću posmične sile koja ima komponentu sile okomitu na ravninu trake.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što ima sljedeće korake za pripremanje sirove trake od vlakana (4):
- pripremanje većeg broja pretpređa (7) na više kalema za pretpređe,
- skidanje pretpređa (7) sa kalema za pretpređe i skupljanje pretpređa (7) zajedno, kako bi se dobila sirova traka od vlakana (4).
4. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se nanošenje polimera na sirovu traku od vlakana (4) postiže za vrijeme dok se sirova traka od vlakana (4) transportira pod normalnim tlakom okolnog prostora.
5. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se izlaganje tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju na jednom dijelu sirove trake od vlakana (4) obavlja više puta s jednim izlaganjem vibriranju iza drugog izlaganja vibriranju duž puta za obradu (5).
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se izlaganje tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju jednog predjela sirove trake od vlakana (4) obavlja nakon nanošenja polimera s obje strane ravnine trake.
7. Uređaj (1) za proizvodnju kompozitnog materijala od vlakana koji materijal ima oblik trake od vlakana impregnirane polimerom (2), naznačen time što obuhvaća sljedeće dijelove:
- uređaj za transportiranje (3) koji dovodi sirovu traku od vlakana (4) i koji transportira traku od vlakana (2, 4) duž puta za obradu (5),
- uređaj za predgrijavanje (9) koji prethodno zagrijava sirovu traku od vlakana (4) na temperaturu obrade, koja temperatura je viša od točke taljenja polimera,
- uređaj za nanošenje (12) koji nanosi rastaljeni polimer na cijelu širinu sirove trake od vlakana (4), na površinu sirove trake od vlakana (4),
- najmanje jedan uređaj za izlaganje tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju (18, 19; 39) koji ima najmanje jedan tlačni žig (20; 40, 41) za primjenu tlaka na sirovu traku od vlakana (4) pomoću tlačnog žiga (20; 40, 41) okomito na ravninu trake nakon nanošenja polimera uz istovremeno izlaganje tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju tlačnog žiga (20; 40, 41), koji žig ima komponentu kretanja vibracija (y) na ravnini trake i poprijeko na smjer kretanja trake, pri čemu se sirova traka od vlakana (4) vodi između tlačnog žiga (20; 40, 41) i tlačnog protutijela (21; 43, 42),
- najmanje jedan uređaj za održavanje temperature (22, 34; 45) koji održava sirovu traku od vlakana (4) unutar područja temperature za obradu, koja je iznad točke taljenja polimera, sve do iza završetka izlaganja tlačnom posmičnom vibriranju.
8. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je na putu za obradu prije uređaja za nanošenje (12) postavljen uređaj za primjenu poprečne sile (8), koji je izveden tako da je sirova traka od vlakana (4) koja se obrađuje izložena međusobnom odvajanju pojedinačnih niti unutar pojedinih pretpređa (7) pomoću posmične sile (S) koja ima komponentu sile okomitu na ravninu trake (xy), naročito prije nego što se skupe zajedno pretpređe (7) koje tvore sirovu traku od vlakana (4) kako bi se formirala sirova traka od vlakana (4).
9. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačen time što uređaj za nanošenje (12) ima mlaznicu (14) sa širokim rasporom.
10. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što tlačni posmični žig koji vibrira (20; 40, 41) ima glavu žiga (23; 42, 43) s predjelom na ulazu (24), s tlačno posmičnim predjelom koji vibrira (25; 38) i s predjelom na izlazu (26).
11. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 10, naznačen time što ima više tlačnih posmičnih žigova koji vibriraju (20) i koji su postavljeni duž puta za obradu (5).
12. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 11, naznačen time što ima tlačne posmične žigove (40, 41) koji leže jedan nasuprot drugome, pri čemu se izlaganje tlačnom posmičnom žigu jednog predjela sirove trake od vlakana (4) nakon nanošenja polimera izvodi s obje strane pomoću oba tlačna posmična žiga (40, 41) koji leže na suprotnim stranama.
13. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 12, naznačen time što je tlačno protutijelo (21; 43, 42) spojeno na uređaj za održavanje temperature (22).
