Claims (13)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Postopek za izdelovanje plošč iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine, z impregniranjem plasti iz steklene vlaknine s talino termoplasta in s temu sledečim stiskanjem spoja termoplasta in plasti iz steklene vlaknine, pri čemer se vsaj eno plast (10, 11) iz steklene vlaknine vodi skozi šobino režo (3', 4') impregnacijske šobe (3, 4), ki jo ekstruderja (1,2) napajata s talino (26, 28) termoplasta, označen s tem, da se impregnacijska šoba 3, 4 nastavljivo napaja s talino termoplasta preko v razdelilnem bloku 8, 9 nameščenih zasunov 29, 29' za talino, tako da se vsakokratno tvorita dva tokova (26', 26" in 28', 28") taline, ki se ju na izhodu (27, 27') iz šobine reže nanaša na zgornjo stran in na spodnjo stran plasti (10, 11) iz steklene vlaknine, pri čemer pride do predimpregniranja plasti steklene vlaknine, in da se nato plasti (30, 30') iz steklene vlaknine, ki so predimpregnirane s termoplastom, vodi v režo (18) vstopnih valjev stiskalnice (5) na dva trakova in se ju predkalibrira in se ju nato pod pritiskom s pomočjo hladilnih plošč (22, 22') stisne v plošče (25) iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da se plasti (10, 11) iz steklene vlaknine predgreje v šobini reži (3', 4').
3. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da se kot talino (26, 28) termoplasta uporabi polipropilensko talino nizke viskoznosti, ki lahko vsebuje aditive, kot so peroksidi.
4. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 3, označen s tem, da plast iz steklene vlaknine obstoji iz rezanih, neurejeno položenih in/ali enosmernih in/ali usmerjenih nerezanih steklenih vlaken s ploskovno vsebnostjo 450 do 1300 g/m^. ι
5. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 4, označen s tem, da se predimpreg-nirane plasti 30, 30' iz steklene vlaknine predkalibrira v reži 18 na vstopnih valjih, kateri se lahko spreminja prerez.
6. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevko 1 do 5, označen s tem, da se spoj termoplasta in plasti steklene vlaknine v področju pritiska stiska z največ 2 bar.
7. Uporaba po zahtevkih 1 do 6 izdelanih plošč iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine, za izdelovanje izoblikovanih delov, kot so deli motornih vozil, označena s tem, da se plošče iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine, segrejejo na temperaturo talšča, vstavijo v stiskalni kalup in pod pritiskom stisnejo v izoblikovane dele.
8. Priprava za izdelovanje plošč iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine, po enem izmed zahtevkov 1-6, ki obstoji iz ekstrudeijev (1, 2) za pripravo taline termoplasta, ki sta opremljena z impregnacijskima šobama (3, 4) in iz stiskalnice na dva trakova, ki služi stiskanju spoja termoplasta in plasti steklene vlaknine, označena s tem, da sta ekstruderja (1, 2) v povezavi z impregnacijskima šobama preko razdelilnih blokov (8, 9), da sta v razdelilnih blokih (8, 9) za reguliranje tokov (26, 26", 28', 28") taline termoplasta nameščena zasuna (28, 29) za talino in da za stiskanje plošč (25) iz termoplasta, ki so ojačene s plastmi steklene vlaknine, stiskalnico na dva trakova obsega hladilni plošči (22, 22'), ki sta nameščeni v hladilnem področju.
9. Priprava po zahtevku 8, označena s tem, da imata impregnacijski šobi (3, 4) vsakič dve šobini špranji (31, 3Γ in 32, 32'), pri čemer je med vsakokratno dvema šobinima špranjama nameščena šobina reža (3', 4') za dovajanje plasti iz steklene vlaknine. 3
10. Priprava po zahtevku 9, označena s tem, da sta šobini reži (3', 4') izvedeni tako, da potekata konično proti izhodu (27,27') šobinih rež, pri čemer je prerez šobine reže pri vhodu (3”, 4") šobine reže širši kot na izhodu (27, 27') šobine reže.
11. Priprava po enem izmed zahtevkov 8-10, označena s tem, da hladilni plošči (22, 22') hkrati služita kot pritisni plošči, pri čemer sta enostransko opremljeni z drsnima folijama (23, 23') na kontaktni površini, kije obrnjena k jeklenima trakoma (16,17).
12. Priprava po enem izmed zahtevkov 8-10, označena s tem, da se v stiskalnici (5) na dva trakova na straneh in brezkončno hkrati vodi vodilna trakova (35, 35'), ki po svoji debelini ustrezata predspoju (36).
13. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 8-12, označen s tem, daje nastavljiv prerez reže (18), ki jo tvorita ogrevana vstopna valja (12, 13).
