Claims (7)
- 油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための圧力発生器であって、
該圧力発生器が、
ねじ伝動装置(8)であって、回動可能で軸線方向に固定された、ねじ山を備える構成部材(7)、および軸線方向に移動可能で回動不能である、対向ねじ山を備える構成部材(6)を備え、構成部材(6)の対向ねじ山が回動可能な構成部材(7)のねじ山に係合しており、回動可能な構成部材(7)の回転駆動により、軸線方向に移動可能な構成部材(6)が軸線方向に移動されるねじ伝動装置(8)と、
ねじ伝動装置(8)の回動可能な構成部材(7)を回転駆動させるための遊星歯車装置(22)とを備える圧力発生器であって、
圧力発生器(1)が、シリンダ(4)と、該シリンダ(4)内で移動可能なピストン(3)とを有するピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)を備え、
ピストン(3)またはシリンダ(4)が、ねじ伝動装置(8)の軸線方向に移動可能な構成部材(6)に結合されており、ねじ伝動装置(8)の回動可能な構成部材(7)の回転駆動により、ねじ伝動装置(8)の軸線方向に移動可能な構成部材(6)を介してピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)のピストン(3)がシリンダ(4)に対して移動され、
ねじ伝動装置(8)の回動可能な構成部材(7)が遊星歯車装置(22)の遊星キャリア(19)を形成していることを特徴とする油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための圧力発生器において、
前記ピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)の前記ピストン(3)が中空ピストンであり、前記ねじ伝動装置(8)の軸線方向に移動可能な前記構成部材(6)が、前記ピストン(3)の内部に同軸的に配置されている圧力発生器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力発生器において、
前記圧力発生器(1)が中空の結合部材(12)を備え、結合部材(12)の内部にねじ伝動装置(8)が収容されており、結合部材(12)には、ねじ伝動装置(8)の回動可能な構成部材(7)が軸線方向に固定して結合されている圧力発生器。 - 請求項2に記載の圧力発生器において、
遊星歯車装置(22)の内歯車(21)が前記結合部材(12)内に回動不能に配置されている圧力発生器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力発生器において、
前記ピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)の前記ピストン(3)が、ピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)の前記シリンダ(4)内で軸線方向に移動可能に案内され、および/またはピストン‐シリンダユニット(2)のシリンダ(4)に配置された部分(14,15)に沿って案内されている圧力発生器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力発生器において、
前記圧力発生器(1)が、前記遊星歯車装置(22)を回転駆動するための電子式中空シャフトモータ(27)を備え、該電子式中空シャフトモータ(27)の内部に、前記ねじ伝動装置(8)および/または前記遊星歯車装置(22)が少なくとも部分的に収容されている圧力発生器。 - 請求項5に記載の圧力発生器において、
前記遊星歯車装置(22)の太陽歯車(20)が電子式中空シャフトモータ(27)の中空シャフト(26)に対して回動不能である圧力発生器。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力発生器において、
電子式中空シャフトモータ(27)が鉢状の中空シャフト(26)を備え、該中空シャフト(26)が、端壁(25)の外側に回転軸受(33)を備える圧力発生器。
