Abstract

TITRE : Module hydraulique générateur de pression pour un système de freinage Module MH comprenant un cylindre 1 avec une chambre de compression 2 reliée au circuit hydraulique et un piston 3 entraîné en translation par une vis à billes 6, une gorge périphérique 11 recevant un joint composite 4 exposé à la pression du liquide hydraulique de la chambre 2. Le piston 3 est guidé dans le cylindre 1 par la vis à billes 6, sans contact avec le cylindre 1, l’étanchéité de l’intervalle entre le piston 3 et le cylindre 1 est réalisé par le joint combiné 4, formé d’un anneau rigide 41 de hauteur supérieure à l’intervalle entre la surface de la jupe 32 et le cylindre 1 et venant contre la jupe 22 du piston et d’un joint thorique 42, élastique, logé entre l’anneau 41 et le fond 111 de la gorge périphérique 11.
