(1)マグネシアを85質量%以上93質量%以下、黒鉛を6質量%以上10質量%以下、カーボンブラックを0.1質量%以上2質量%以下、及び金属Alを黒鉛とカーボンブラックとの合量に対して0.1質量%以上15質量%以下含み、しかも前記マグネシアの粒度構成として、粒径1mm以上5mm未満のマグネシアの粗粒が15質量%以上50質量%以下、粒径0.075mm以上1mm未満のマグネシアの中間粒が35質量%以上60質量%以下、粒径0.075mm以上1mm未満のマグネシアの中間粒に対する粒径0.075mm未満のマグネシアの微粒の質量比が0.24以下である耐火原料配合物を混練し、成形後、熱処理して得られるマグネシアカーボンれんが。
(2)前記カーボンブラックが、単球型のカーボンブラックとアグリゲート型のカーボンブラックとからなり、その質量比(単球型/アグリゲート型)が2.0以下である(1)に記載のマグネシアカーボンれんが。
Claims (2)
- マグネシアを85質量%以上93質量%以下、黒鉛を6質量%以上10質量%以下、カーボンブラックを0.1質量%以上2質量%以下、及び金属Alを黒鉛とカーボンブラックとの合量に対して0.1質量%以上15質量%以下含み、しかも前記マグネシアの粒度構成として、粒径1mm以上5mm未満のマグネシアの粗粒が15質量%以上50質量%以下、粒径0.075mm以上1mm未満のマグネシアの中間粒が35質量%以上60質量%以下、粒径0.075mm以上1mm未満のマグネシアの中間粒に対する粒径0.075mm未満のマグネシアの微粒の質量比が0.24以下である耐火原料配合物を混練し、成形後、熱処理して得られるマグネシアカーボンれんが。
- 前記カーボンブラックが、単球型のカーボンブラックとアグリゲート型のカーボンブラックとからなり、その質量比(単球型/アグリゲート型)が2.0以下である請求項1に記載のマグネシアカーボンれんが。
