図1は、前記特許文献1に記載された従来の(エンジン信号に起因する)車室内騒音の低減装置の構成を示すものである。
図2は、本開示の実施の形態1の能動騒音制御装置の構成を示す。本実施の形態における能動騒音制御装置は、騒音検出マイク7、制御フィルタ8、加算器9、制御スピーカ10、誤差検出マイク11、物体位置推定手段100を備える。物体位置推定手段100には距離測定制御手段12、信号分析手段13、係数設定手段14、が含まれる。なお、これらの構成は一例であり、一部の構成が欠けていてもよい。以下各構成について説明する。

Claims (8)
- 測定音と騒音を検出する第一のマイクと、
制御特性に基づき前記第一のマイクにて検出された騒音が減衰するような第一の制御音を生成する制御手段と、
第一の期間に、前記制御手段が生成した前記第一の制御音と、前記測定音とを放射するスピーカと、
前記測定音が物体に反射した後の反射音に基づいて前記物体の位置を推定する位置推定手段を具備し、
前記位置推定手段は、推定した位置の騒音が減衰するように前記制御手段の制御特性を決定し、
前記スピーカは、第一の期間以外の期間である第二の期間に、前記位置推定手段により決定された制御特性よる第二の制御音を放射する、
制御装置。 - 前記位置推定手段は、前記スピーカから前記測定音が放射されてから、前記第一のマイクによって前記測定音の反射音が検出されるまでの時間差を算出し、前記時間差に基づいて物体の位置を推定する、
請求項1記載の制御装置。 - 前記測定音は前記騒音をあらかじめ記録したものである、
請求項2記載の制御装置。 - 前記位置推定手段は、
前記スピーカから前記測定音が放射されてから、前記第一のマイクによって前記測定音が検出されるまでの時間差を算出し、前記時間差に基づいて物体の位置を推定する信号分析手段と、
前記信号分析手段によって推定された物体の位置に基づいて、前記制御手段が前記第二の制御音を算出するための係数を算出する係数設定手段と、を含む、
請求項2記載の制御装置。 - 前記信号分析手段は、
前記第一のマイクによって検出された騒音を前記測定音として保存するメモリ部と、
メモリ部に保存され前記スピーカから出力される前記測定音と、前記第一のマイクから入力される前記反射音と、の相互相関関数を算出する分析部と、
前記分析部が算出した前記相互相関関数から、前記第一のマイクと物体との距離を推定する推定部と、を含む、
請求項4に記載の制御装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記相互相関関数が大きな値を持つ最小の時間を前記反射音の到達時間とし、前記第一のマイクと物体との距離を推定する、
請求項5に記載の制御装置。 - 前記第一のマイクとは異なる第二のマイクを更に備え、
前記第一のマイクと前記第二のマイクとの前記反射音の到達時間差により、物体の方向を検出する、
請求項2記載の制御装置。 - マイクと制御手段とスピーカと位置推定手段とを備える制御装置を制御する制御方法であって、
前記マイクを用いて、騒音を検出し、
前記制御手段を用いて、前記騒音が減衰する第一の制御音を生成し、
前記スピーカを用いて、第一の期間に、前記第一の制御音と測定音とを放射し、
前記位置推定手段を用いて、前記測定音が放射されてから、前記マイクによって前記測定音の反射音が検出されるまでの時間差を算出し、前記時間差に基づいて物体の位置を推定し、推定した位置の騒音が減衰する第二の制御音を生成する制御特性を決定し、前記スピーカを用いて、第一の期間以外の期間である第二の期間に、前記位置推定手段により決定された前記制御特性よる前記第二の制御音を放射する、
