Description
Claims (13)
- AlとMgを含む合金基板上に耐熱性鏡面コーティングを形成する方法であって、
前記合金基板を用意する工程と、
前記合金基板の表面を陽極酸化処理して多孔性金属酸化物層を形成する工程と、
前記多孔性金属酸化物層上に銀(0)を含む反射性コート層を形成することにより、多孔性金属酸化物層上に銀(I)と、グルコースと、クエン酸を接触させる工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記合金基板の表面を陽極酸化処理して前記多孔性金属酸化物層を形成する工程は、酸の存在下で10〜20℃にて直流(DC)電源によって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記DC電源は、10〜25Vの電圧、又は1.0〜2.0A/cm2の電流密度を与える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記反射性コート層上に透明保護コート層を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明保護層を形成する工程は、陽極酸化処理された金属酸化物層を密封して形成したものである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記反射性コート層上に前記透明保護コート層を形成する工程は、
前記反射性コート層上にMg層又はAl層を蒸着する工程と、
前記Mg層又は前記Al層を陽極酸化処理して、陽極酸化処理された酸化Mg層又は陽極酸化処理されたAl層を形成する工程と、
前記陽極酸化処理された酸化Mg層又は前記陽極酸化処理されたAl層を密封する工程とをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - AlとMgを含む合金基板上に耐熱性鏡面コーティングを形成する方法であって、
前記合金基板を用意する工程と、
前記合金基板上に耐熱性プライマ層を形成する工程と、
前記耐熱性プライマ層上に銀(0)を含む反射性コート層を形成することにより、耐熱性プライマ層上に銀(I)と、グルコースと、クエン酸を接触させる工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記合金基板上に前記耐熱性プライマ層を形成する工程は、
λ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランを含む第1プライマ溶液を作製する工程と、
前記合金基板を前記第1プライマ溶液に浸漬する工程と、
前記合金基板上の前記第1プライマ溶液を乾燥させて第1プライマ層を形成する工程と、
第1レベリング剤と、ビスフェノールE−51及びビスフェノールE−44からなる群から選択された第1エポキシと、エポキシ樹脂の第1固化剤とを含む第2プライマ溶液を作製する工程と、
前記第2プライマ溶液を前記第1プライマ層上に塗布する工程と、
前記第2プライマ溶液を加熱して第2プライマ層を形成する工程と、
4−ヒドロキシ−4−メチル−2−ペンタノンと、グリシジル2−メチルフェニルエーテルと、第2レベリング剤と、ビスフェノールE−51及びビスフェノールE−44からなる群から選択された第2エポキシと、エポキシ樹脂の第2固化剤とを含む第3プライマ溶液を作製する工程と、
前記第3プライマ溶液を前記第2プライマ層上に塗布する工程と、
前記第3プライマ溶液を加熱して第3プライマ層を形成する工程とをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1プライマ溶液は、水及びエタノールをさらに含み、前記第2プライマ溶液は、アセトン及びエタノールをさらに含み、前記第3プライマ溶液は、ブタノール−1−オール及びアセトンをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記金属基板上に前記耐熱性プライマ層を形成する工程は、
前記金属基板を研磨紙で研磨する工程と、
前記金属基板をアセトン及びエタノール中で超音波処理によって洗浄する工程とをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記反射性コート層上に透明保護コート層を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記透明保護コート層は、TiO2、SiO2、Al2O3、又はZrO2のナノ粒子によって改質されたポリシロキサンを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記反射性コート層上に前記透明保護コート層を形成する工程は、
酢酸、シラン類、及び水を混合して保護表面コーティング混合液を作製する工程と、
前記保護表面コーティング混合液を前記反射性コート層上に、ディッピング法又はスプレー法によって塗布する工程と、
前記反射性コート層上の保護表面コーティング混合液を加熱して、前記透明保護コート層を形成する工程とをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
