Claims (4)
- 原水を加熱して過熱蒸気を発生させ、この過熱蒸気をさらに加熱して水素ガスを含むブラウンガスを生成する過熱蒸気加熱部と、
前記ブラウンガスと前記過熱蒸気とを含む混合流体から気液分離し、分離された前記ブラウンガスを取り出すガス取出部と
を備え、
前記過熱蒸気加熱部は、酸化促進部材が収納されるとともに、前記原水が流入する加熱パイプと、当該加熱パイプの周りに巻回されるコイルヒータとを備え、
前記酸化促進部材は、
ステンレスにより形成された第1の金属棒と、鉄鋼材により形成され、前記第1の金属棒よりも小径の第2の金属棒とを備え、
前記第2の金属棒は、前記第1の金属棒よりも相対的に短く形成され、複数本束ねられている
ことを特徴とする水素ガス発生装置。 - 前記第1の金属棒は、前記原水に浸かる一方、前記第2の金属棒は、前記原水に接触しない位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素ガス発生装置。
- 前記第1の金属棒および前記第2の金属棒のうち、少なくとも前記第2の金属棒の周面に凹凸部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素ガス発生装置。
- 前記過熱蒸気加熱部は、
矩形箱型に形成したケーシングの第1の側壁と第2の側壁とで形成される角部に近接配置されるとともに、前記ケーシング内に上昇気流を強制的に発生させるファンをさらに備え、
前記ファンは、その一部が平面視で前記過熱蒸気加熱部と重なるように、前記ケーシングの底壁に形成した外気導入口に臨設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の水素ガス発生装置。
