図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における熱交換器の斜視図である。図2は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における熱交換器の要部断面図である。図3は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における熱交換器を構成する冷媒チューブの断面図である。
図4は、本発明の第2実施の形態における熱交換器を構成する冷媒チューブの断面図である。なお、本発明の第1の実施の形態と同様の構成要件については、同一の符号を付して説明する。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施の形態における熱交換器を構成する冷媒チューブ2の断面図である。なお、本発明の第1の実施の形態と同様の構成要件については、同一の符号を付して説明する。

Claims (2)
- 直管部及び曲管部が連続する蛇行状に曲げ加工して成る冷媒チューブと、互いに間隔をおいて配置された一群のプレートフィンと、前記プレートフィンの板面に複数形成した前記冷媒チューブを挿入する長孔とで構成され、前記長孔の周縁部に前記プレートフィンの間隔保持用のフィンカラーを設けた熱交換器において、前記プレートフィンは、アルミニウム合金製であり、前記冷媒チューブは、アルミニウム合金を主体とするとともに、外皮部分がアルミニウムと異なる異種金属またはアルミニウム合金と異なる異種金属合金であって、
前記冷媒チューブは、アルミニウムクラッド銅管であり、前記外皮部分は、酸化アルミニウムである熱交換器。 - 圧縮機と、凝縮器と、減圧装置と、蒸発器と、前記凝縮器または前記蒸発器に強制通風させる送風機と、を備え、前記凝縮器または前記蒸発器に、請求項1に記載した熱交換器を用いた冷却装置。
