Abstract
Description
を径方向に押し潰して本体部を形成し、得られた前記本体部の所定の位置に配置穴を形成し、その配置穴に前記環状部を配置し、前記本体部及び前記環状部を押し潰して一体化することを特徴とする。
線20が互いに交絡することで接合し、x方向の両端にyz平面に延在する板面34を有して、x方向の板厚D1が0.4mm〜2.0mmの一枚の板状に形成されている。
ース数及びウェール数、編目24の大小、編み方などにより異ならせることができる。加えて、圧縮応力は、金属線編物21の向きや積層枚数などにより異ならせることができる。なお、第一金属線20の材質や金属線編物21〜23の編み方によっては、第一金属線20の体積密度が大きくてもx方向の圧縮応力が小さくなる場合もある。

Claims (4)
- 金属線編物からなるガスケットであって、このガスケットが少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有する環状部と、この環状部の外周縁に接する本体部とからなり、前記環状部は筒状の前記金属線編物が管軸方向に圧縮された状態で環状をなし、前記本体部は筒状の前記金属線編物が径方向に圧縮された状態で板状をなすと共に所定の位置の編目が広がってなる配置孔を有し、
前記配置孔に前記環状部が配置されて、前記環状部を構成する金属線編物及び前記本体部を構成する金属線編物の第一金属線が互いに交絡してその環状部とその本体部とが接合してなると共に、平面視でこのガスケットの少なくとも一部の領域に熱伝導領域を形成し、この熱伝導領域に前記第一金属線と共にこの第一金属線よりも熱伝導率の高い第二金属線が編み込まれていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 前記熱伝導領域が前記環状部である請求項1に記載のガスケット。
- 前記第一金属線がステンレス鋼で構成され、前記第二金属線が銅、又は銅合金で構成された請求項1又は2に記載のガスケット。
- 筒状の金属線編物と他の筒状の金属線編物とを編み、
それらの筒状の金属線編物と他の筒状の金属線編物を編む際に、それらのうちの少なくとも一部の領域で、その領域を構成する第一金属線と共に、その第一金属線よりも熱伝導率の高い第二金属線を編み込んで高熱伝導領域を形成し、
前記筒状の金属線編物を筒軸方向に押し潰して環状部を形成し、前記他の筒状の金属線編物を径方向に押し潰して本体部を形成し、
得られた前記本体部の所定の位置に配置穴を形成し、その配置穴に前記環状部を配置し、
前記本体部及び前記環状部を押し潰して一体化することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。
