Description
支持層2は可塑剤とポリ塩化ビニルとを含有する。ポリ塩化ビニルは、高い耐熱性及び電気絶縁性を有し、安価で加工も容易な材料である。しかし、ポリ塩化ビニルに可塑剤を添加することで、ポリ塩化ビニルの柔軟性をより高くすることができる。可塑剤は、ポリ塩化ビニルの分子間に浸透して分子間力を弱め、ポリ塩化ビニルに柔軟性を与えることができる。
下塗り層3は支持層2の下方に配置される。本実施形態においては、下塗り層3を支持層2の下方に配置することによって、粘着層4の成分が支持層2に移行するのを防止し、ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープ1の変色を抑制することができる。なお、下塗り層3は支持層2の下面に接するように配置してもよく、下塗り層3と支持層2との間に他の層を設けてもよい。
粘着層4は下塗り層3の下方に配置される。粘着層4は下塗り層3の下面に接するように配置してもよく、粘着層4と下塗り層3との間に他の層を設けてもよい。
フェノール系酸化防止剤、アミン系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤、イオウ系酸化防止剤及びヒドラジン系酸化防止剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つが挙げられる。
本実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネスは、上述のポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープ1を備えている。上述のポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープ1は耐熱変色性及び耐加水分解性に優れている。したがって、このようなポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを電線に巻いて束ねることで、例えば、自動車用のワイヤーハーネスとして好ましく用いることができる。すなわち、ワイヤーハーネスは、上述のポリ塩化ビニルテープを備えることが好ましい。
<ポリ塩化ビニルテープの作製>
各表に示す支持層の材料を加熱ロールに投入し、カレンダー成型にて70μm厚の支持層を作成した。次に、各表に示す下塗り剤の材料を、不揮発分が30質量%となるように水で希釈した溶液を作成した。この溶液を、バーコーターで、乾燥後の膜厚が1〜3μmとなるように支持層に塗布し、100℃環境下3分で乾燥させて下塗り層を作成した。次に、各表に示す粘着層の材料を、不揮発分が55質量%となるように水で希釈した溶液を作成した。この溶液を、乾燥させた下塗り層の上にバーコーターで、乾燥後の膜厚が20μmとなるように塗布し、100℃環境下3分で乾燥させて粘着層を作成した。得られたポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープのシートを巻芯に巻き付け、ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープのロールを作成した。なお、ロールの幅は19mmとなるようにカットし、評価を行った。

<耐熱変色性>
ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを15cm程切り出し、PETフィルム(マイラーシート)に貼り付けたものを試験片とし、120℃となるように設定した恒温試験機に投入した。240時間後に試験機より試験片を取り出し、それぞれのテープの変色を目視にて確認した。変色がない場合を「○」、変色がややある場合を「△」、変色が大きい場合を「×」として評価した。
ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを30cm程切り出し、0.5sqの電線を19本束ねたポリ塩化ビニル電線束に巻き付け、直径80mmのマンドレルに1回巻き付けたものを試験サンプルとした。試験サンプルを、100℃で95%となるように設定したプレッシャークッカー試験機(エスペック株式会社製EHS−221M)に投入した。1週間後(168時間)に試験機より試験サンプルを取り出し、テープにヒビや割れがないか確認した。ヒビや割れがないものを「○」、ヒビや割れがやや生じたものを「△」、ヒビや割れが大きいものを「×」と評価した。
ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープのロールを、65℃で95%RHとなるように設定したプレッシャークッカー試験機に投入した。1週間後(168時間)に試験機よりロールを取り出し、ロールからテープを剥離した際に、粘着層がロールの背面に残ってないか確認した。粘着層が残っていない場合を「○」、粘着層がやや残っている場合を「△」、粘着層が多く残っている場合を「×」と評価した。
19本の電線を直径10mmの電線束にし、この電線束にテープを巻きつけた時のテープのしわの有無を確認した。しわが発生しなかった場合を「○」、しわがやや発生した場合を「△」、テープが固く追従性がないためしわが発生した場合を「×」と評価した。

ポリ塩化ビニル粘着テープを15cm程切り出したものを試験片とし、80℃又は100℃となるように設定したギヤーオーブン(エスペック株式会社製GPH−102)に投入した。96時間後、216時間後、600時間後、960時間後及び1440時間後にギヤーオーブンより試験片を取り出し、試験片の伸び率を測定するため、引張試験を実施した。

上述の評価方法により評価した結果を表1〜表4に示す。

前記下塗り層の下方に配置され、アクリル系ポリマーを20質量%以上有する樹脂成分を含有する粘着層と、
