Description
Claims (12)
- 目的地の入力を受け付けるように構成された第1入力デバイスを有し、乗り物が前記目的地に到達する運行時間を算出するように構成された乗り物ナビゲーション・システムと、
制御ユニットと、処方療法の入力を受け付けるように構成された第2入力デバイスとを備えた透析機と、
前記制御ユニットが前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムから前記運行時間を受け付けて、該運行時間内に前記入力された処方療法を完了する治療の速度を算出するように構成されており、
前記透析機が、前記乗り物の運行中、患者に透析治療を実施するように構成され、
前記透析機と前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムとの間に電気的なコミュニケーションをもたらすインターフェースとを有する乗り物。 - 前記透析機が送信機および受信機を更に備え、
前記送信機が前記透析機に関する無線信号を送信するように構成され、
前記受信機が前記透析機に関する無線信号を受信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - 前記無線信号を用いて最も近い病院、透析診療所、救急センタ又は他の救命センタを決定するように構成された透析機アラーム・システムを更に有し、
前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムが、適切な処置のために、最も近い病院、透析診療所、救急センタ又は他の救命センタに誘導するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の乗り物。 - 乗り物電気システムと、
カー・バッテリと、
前記乗り物の運転中、前記カー・バッテリを充電するためのオルタネータと、
前記透析機専用のバックアップ・バッテリとを更に有し、
前記バックアップ・バッテリが、前記オルタネータと電気的に通じており、
前記乗り物電気システムが、前記乗り物の運転中、前記バックアップ・バッテリを充電するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - 前記乗り物電気システムが、点火スイッチと、該点火スイッチが処方療法中に切られた場合、バッテリ電力を前記バックアップ・バッテリから前記透析機に与えるように構成された点火スイッチ・バイパス回路とを備える、請求項4に記載の乗り物。
- 前記透析機が血流回路を備え、
該血流回路が、血流ポンプと、ダイアライザと、患者血流系に連結可能であるように構成された動脈チューブと、患者血流系に連結可能であるように構成された静脈チューブと、緊急状態を示すように作動可能に構成された緊急状態アラーム・システムとを備え、
前記緊急状態アラーム・システムは、作動時、前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムが、前記乗り物を、適切な処理のために、病院、透析診療所、救急センタ又は別の救命センタに誘導するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - 前記透析機が、少なくとも1つの血流ポンプと、アラーム・システムと備え、
該アラーム・システムが、低レベルのアラーム信号を受信したことに応答して前記少なくとも1つの血流ポンプの作動を停止させるように構成され、
前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムが、前記アラーム・システムから緊急状態アラーム信号を受信したことに応答して、前記乗り物を最も近い救命センタに誘導するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - 共有ディスプレイ・スクリーンを更に有し、
該共有ディスプレイ・スクリーンは、ナビゲーション情報と透析療法情報とを表示するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - 乗り物の内部を更に有し、
前記透析機が、前記乗り物の内部に固定的に取り付けられ、そして使い捨て可能な透析装置を受容するように構成された受容部を更に備え、
前記透析機は、内部面を有するドアと、前記乗り物の内部に組み込まれ且つパネルを含むハウジングとを更に備え、
該ハウジング及び前記パネルが一緒になって、前記ドアの前記内部面を受容するように構成された窪んだ領域を画定し、
前記受容部が前記パネルに固定的に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - エネルギー源と、
エネルギー源レベルセンサとを更に有し、
前記制御ユニットが、前記エネルギー源レベルセンサからの信号を受け取り、そして、前記透析治療を完了させるのに必要な時間の間、前記乗り物及び前記透析機を共に動作させるのに必要なエネルギーの量を算出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物。 - エンジンを更に有し、
前記エネルギー源が前記エンジン用の燃料源を有し、
前記エネルギー源センサが、前記エンジンに利用可能な燃料の量を感知するように構成された燃料センサを有し、
前記透析機と前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムとの間の前記インターフェースが、前記燃料センサと前記制御ユニットとの間の電気的コミュニケーションを有し、
前記処方療法は、該処方療法を実施するために必要とされる時間の値を含み、
前記燃料センサは、前記エンジンを動かすのに利用可能な燃料の量を示す信号を前記制御ユニットに送るように構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記処方療法を実施するために必要とされる時間の間、前記エンジンを動かすのに燃料が不十分である場合にユーザに通知するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の乗り物。 - バッテリ作動式原動エンジンモータを更に有し、
前記エネルギー源は、バッテリ電力を前記エンジンモータに供給するように構成されたバッテリを有し、
前記エネルギー源レベルセンサは、前記エンジンモータに利用可能なバッテリ電力の量を検知するように構成されたバッテリセンサを有し、
前記透析機と前記乗り物ナビゲーション・システムとの間の前記インターフェースは、前記バッテリセンサと前記制御ユニットとの間の電気的コミュニケーションを有し、
前記処方療法は、該処方療法を実施するのに必要とされる時間に関する値を含み、
前記バッテリセンサは、前記エンジンモータを動かすのに利用可能なバッテリ電力の量を示す信号を前記制御ユニットに送るように構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記処方療法を実施するのに必要とされる時間の間、前記エンジンモータを動かすのにバッテリ電力が不十分な場合にユーザに通知するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の乗り物。
