Claims (7)
- 位置を感知する有効領域と前記有効領域の周囲に配置される非有効領域を含む基板と、
前記基板の有効領域の上に入力装置を感知できる電極部と、
前記基板の非有効領域の上に前記電極部を電気的に連結する配線と、
前記配線と前記電極部の間に形成された配線連結部と、
を含み、
前記電極部は、
第1サブパターン及び第2サブパターンを含む樹脂層と、
前記第1サブパターンの上に配置され、電極物質を含む第1電極及び第2電極と、
を含み、
前記第1サブパターンの幅と前記第2サブパターンの幅の比は1:0.01〜1:0.5であり、
前記第1電極は、複数個の第1センサー部と、相互に隣接する前記第1センサー部を連結する第1連結電極部を含み、
前記第2電極は、複数個の第2センサー部と、相互に隣接する前記第2センサー部を連結する第2連結電極部を含み、
前記第1連結電極部と、前記第2連結電極部の間には絶縁層が配置され、
前記第1センサー部、前記第1連結電極部、前記第2センサー部及び前記第2連結電極部はメッシュ形状を有し、
前記メッシュ線部の線幅は、500nm〜3μmであり、
前記電極物質は、アルミニウムを含み、
前記電極部と前記配線は、少なくとも一つの同一物質を含み、
前記メッシュ形状は、メッシュ開口部と、メッシュ線部を含み、
前記第1サブパターンと前記第2サブパターンは、メッシュ形状に形成され、
前記第2サブパターンは、前記第1サブパターンの間に配置され、
前記第1サブパターン及び前記第2サブパターンは、陽刻形状に形成され、
前記電極物質は、前記陽刻形状に形成された前記第1サブパターンの上に配置され、
前記第1サブパターンは、前記メッシュ線部と対応し、
前記第2サブパターンは、前記メッシュ開口部と対応する、タッチパネル。 - 前記メッシュ開口部は、四角形状である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記電極部と前記配線は、同一物質で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記樹脂層は、UV樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記非有効領域の上に形成された外郭ダミー層をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1電極は、第1方向に延長され、
前記第1連結電極部は、前記複数の第1センサー部を第1方向に連結し、
前記第2電極は、第2方向に延長され、
前記第2連結電極部は、前記複数の第2センサー部を第2方向に連結する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記絶縁層は、透明絶縁性物質を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル。
