Claims (3)
- ハウジングに形成されたシリンダ室内に摺動可能なプランジャと、そのプランジャを外方に向けて付勢するリターンスプリングとを組み込み、ハウジングには前記プランジャの背部に形成された圧力室に連通する給油通路を設け、その給油通路の油出口側に、圧力室内の作動油が給油通路側に逆流するのを防止するチェックバルブを組み込み、前記ハウジングの上部外周から前記圧力室に至るねじ孔にビスをねじ係合し、そのビスの頭部とハウジングの外周間にばね座金を組み込み、前記圧力室内に滞溜する空気をねじ孔とビスのねじ係合部に形成される螺旋状のねじ隙間およびばね座金の周方向一部に形成される径方向の切り離し部から外部に排気させるようにしたチェーンテンショナにおいて、
前記ビスの頭部における座面と前記ばね座金の衝合面における一方に、前記ビスの首部の外径面と前記ばね座金の内径面間に形成される環状空間と外部とを連通する排気溝を設けたことを特徴するチェーンテンショナ。 - 前記排気溝が、複数の放射状配置の径方向溝からなる請求項1に記載のチェーンテンショナ。
- 前記排気溝が前記ビスの頭部における座面に設けられ、その座面の内周部に、前記ばね座金の内側に形成される前記環状空間に連通する円形凹部を設けた請求項1又は2に記載のチェーンテンショナ。
