Claims (24)
- 溝を有する基材の前記溝に導電性金属インク組成物が満たされるように充填するインク組成物充填段階、
前記導電性金属インク組成物が前記溝に充填されながら、前記基材の表面上に残ることになる残留導電性金属インク組成物をエッチング液で溶解させ、溶解した前記残留導電性金属インク組成物が前記溝に満たされることにより電極パターンを形成する残留インク組成物充填段階、および
前記電極パターン上に導電性物質が含まれた導電層を形成する導電層形成段階を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。 - 前記導電性金属インク組成物は、金属錯体化合物、金属前駆体、球状金属粒子、金属フレーク、ナノ粒子またはナノワイヤーのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記インク組成物充填段階は、インクジェット方法、平板スクリーン法、スピンコーティング法、バーコーター法、ロールコーティング法、フローコーティング法、ドクターブレード、ディスペンシング、グラビアプリンティング法またはフレキソプリンティング法によって、前記導電性金属インク組成物が満たされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記エッチング液は、前記基材の表面に塗布されて、前記残留導電性金属インク組成物を溶解させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記エッチング液は、平板スクリーン法、スピンコーティング法、ロールコーティング法、フローコーティング法、ドクターブレード、グラビアプリンティング法またはフレキソプリンティング法によって塗布されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記エッチング液は、アンモニウムカルバメート系、アンモニウムカーボネート系、アンモニウムバイカーボネート系、カルボン酸系、ラクトン系、ラクタム系、環状酸無水物系化合物、酸−塩基塩複合体、酸−塩基−アルコール系複合体またはメルカプト系化合物のうちの少なくとも1つ、および酸化剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記エッチング液によって溶解した前記残留導電性金属インク組成物を前記溝に押し込むことによって、前記溝に前記残留導電性金属インク組成物が満たされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記エッチング液によって溶解した前記残留導電性金属インク組成物は、ドクターブレードまたはブラシを用いて前記溝に押し込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記導電性物質は、金属酸化物、CNT、グラフェンまたは導電性高分子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記導電層は、前記導電性物質を蒸着またはプリンティングして形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 前記導電層の厚さは、前記溝の高さに対して0.5〜2.0倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
- 表面に溝が形成された基材が設けられ、前記基材の表面を疎水性にプラズマ処理する基材表面処理段階、
前記溝が導電性金属インク組成物で満たされるように充填するインク組成物充填段階、

- 前記エッチング液は、平板スクリーン法、スピンコーティング法、ロールコーティング法、フローコーティング法、ドクターブレード、グラビアプリンティング法またはフレキソプリンティング法により、前記基材の表面の全面に塗布されて、残留導電性金属インク組成物を溶解させることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のハイブリッド透明電極の製造方法。
