Claims (8)
- 液化ガス処理システムであって、
200bar以上の圧力を持った蒸発ガスの高圧ガス需要先と、
液化ガス貯蔵タンクから前記高圧ガス需要先まで連結される蒸発ガス供給ラインと、
前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上に設けられ、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから発生した蒸発ガスを200bar以上に加圧して蒸発ガスを前記高圧ガス需要先へ供給する蒸発ガス圧縮器と、
前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上で前記蒸発ガス圧縮器の上流に設けられ、前記蒸発ガス圧縮器で加圧され、前記高圧ガス需要先の上流で分岐される前記蒸発ガス供給ラインに沿って回収された蒸発ガスと、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから供給される蒸発ガスとを熱交換させる蒸発ガス熱交換器と、
前記高圧ガス需要先の上流で分岐される前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上に設けられ、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器で熱交換された蒸発ガスを減圧させる蒸発ガス減圧器と、
前記蒸発ガス減圧器により減圧された蒸発ガスからフラッシュガスを分離する気液分離器と、
前記気液分離器から前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の上流まで連結され、前記フラッシュガスを前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に供給する気体回収ラインと、
前記気体回収ラインから供給される前記フラッシュガスが、蒸発ガス熱交換器の上流で前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから供給される蒸発ガスと混合し、
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器において、前記蒸発ガス圧縮器で加圧され前記蒸発ガス供給ラインに沿って回収された前記蒸発ガスは、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから供給される蒸発ガスと前記気体回収ラインを介して供給されるフラッシュガスとで熱交換し、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮器で高圧に加圧され前記蒸発ガス供給ラインに沿って回収された前記蒸発ガスが、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器により液化され、前記蒸発ガス減圧器にのみにより減圧し、
前記液化ガス貯蔵タンク内の液化ガスを気化させて蒸発ガス圧縮器に気体状態の液化ガスを供給する強制気化器をさらに含むことを特徴とする液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記蒸発ガス熱交換器で熱交換された蒸発ガスは、前記蒸発ガス減圧器または前記蒸発ガス圧縮器に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上で前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の上流に設けられ、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから供給される蒸発ガスと前記気液分離器で回収されるフラッシュガスとを混合し、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に供給する混合器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記気液分離器から前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクまで連結され、前記気液分離器で分離される液体状態の蒸発ガスを前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに回収する液体回収ラインをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記蒸発ガス減圧器は、ジュールトムソン弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記蒸発ガス減圧器は、膨張器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記強制気化器は、蒸発ガスの流量が前記高圧ガス需要先が求める流量より不足している場合に動作し、前記高圧ガス需要先に供給される蒸発ガスの流量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記強制気化器は、前記混合器の上流に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液化ガス処理システム。
