一种气体深冷液化系统,换热单元包括依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,其中一级换热器E1的输入端与压缩单元连接,三级换热器E3的输出端与膨胀液化单元的输入端连接,膨胀液化单元的输出端与气液分离单元连接;三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端与气液分离单元的气体输出端连接,该三级换热器E3的冷媒输出端与一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输入端连接,该一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端与所述压缩单元连接;二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端与气液分离单元的成品输出端连接,或者与一级换热器E1的输出端连接,该二级换热器E2的冷媒输出端与压缩单元连接。本发明整个工艺更简单实用,易于橇块化,无制冷机耗能以及常规冷媒等的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及气体液化领域,具体涉及一种气体深冷液化系统。
背景技术
基于引射喷管的高压射流液化工艺因生产灵活、动设备少、开车出液快等优点,在常规气体、稀有气体以及小型天然气液化领域得到广泛应用,但在传统工艺中,工艺气体的液化降温除利用高压原料气流入引射喷管并在其中高速膨胀,获得低温外,还需引入制冷机为系统换热单元提供冷量,制冷机系统设备较大,加大了设备投资以及占地面积,不利于橇块化,另外,传统制冷机冷媒对环境破坏较大,部分冷媒在发达国家已被禁用,如果改用其他冷媒,则制冷效果不佳或价格高昂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种去掉传统液化系统中制冷机系统,利用处理后的工艺物料作为冷媒为换热单元提供冷量,大大缩小了设备体积,使整体设备结构更加简单,便于撬装化的一种气体深冷液化系统,具体技术方案如下:
一种气体深冷液化系统,设置有压缩单元、换热单元、膨胀液化单元和气液分离单元,其中所述换热单元包括依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,其中所述一级换热器E1的输入端与所述压缩单元的输出端连接,所述三级换热器E3的输出端与所述膨胀液化单元的输入端连接,所述膨胀液化单元的输出端与所述气液分离单元连接;
所述三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端与所述气液分离单元的气体输出端连接,该三级换热器E3的冷媒输出端与所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输入端连接,该一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端与所述压缩单元连接;
所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端与所述气液分离单元的成品输出端连接,或者与所述一级换热器E1的输出端连接,该二级换热器E2的冷媒输出端与所述压缩单元连接。

所述分离罐S1的气相输出端还经调节阀与所述分离罐S3内盘管的输入端连接,该盘管的输出端与所述分离罐S4的输入端连接,所述分离罐S4的产品输出端与所述分离罐S2的输入端连接。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用工艺物料作为冷媒替代制冷机中传统冷媒,简化了工艺,省去传统工艺中制冷机系统部分,整个工艺更加简单实用,易于操作,且组装简单,更易于橇块化,大大降低了投资成本,没有了制冷机耗能以及常规冷媒的污染,运行过程更加节能、环保。

实施例一:如图1所示,一种气体深冷液化系统,设置有压缩单元、换热单元、膨胀液化单元和气液分离单元,其中压缩单元设置有原料气压缩机系统C1和循环气压缩机系统C2,换热单元设置有依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,膨胀液化单元设置有引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2,气液分离单元由分离罐S1、分离罐S2、分离罐S3和分离罐S4组成;

本实施例是这样实现的,以天然气液化为例,经净化、干燥后的净化天然气先经过原料气压缩机系统C1压缩至18~22MPa、35℃,然后与来自循环气压缩机系统C2的18~22MPa、35℃天然气混合,进入冷箱一级换热器E1降温至10℃然后分为两路,一路经过节流阀后作为冷媒进入二级换热器E2为二级换热器E2降温,之后进入压缩机系统C2进行压缩循环;另一路作为工艺物料进入二级换热器E2降温至-35℃左右,再进入三级换热器降温至-68℃左右,之后高压天然气分为两部分,分别进入两个引射喷管高速膨胀降温液化;
一部分高压混合天然气进入引射喷管M1并与来自分离罐S2的低压天然气(-134℃,0.6MPa)混合,膨胀降温后(-122℃,1.2MPa)进入分离罐S1进行气液分离,另一部分高压混合天然气进入引射喷管M2并与来自分离罐S3的低压天然气(-149℃,0.15MPa)混合,膨胀降温后(-133℃,0.6MPa)进入分离罐S2进行气液分离;
气液分离罐S1内的气相天燃气分为两部分:大部分作为循环气,进入三级换热器E3冷量再利用,与高压混合天然气换热,温度升至-45℃、1.2MPa,之后进入一级换热器E1再次与高压混合天然气换热温度升至20℃与二级换热器E2来的冷媒天然气(20℃,1.2MPa)一起进入循环气压缩机系统C2进行压缩,之后与原料气压缩机系统C1出口原料天然气混合进入E1换热器再次进行膨胀循环;小部分从分离罐S1经调节阀进入分离罐S3内部的冷凝器,在冷凝器内进一步降温为气液混合物(-144℃,1.2MPa)进入分离罐S4,分离罐S4内的液体经节流阀进入分离罐S2,分离罐S4内的气相作为低温不凝气先经过换热器E1进一步回收冷量后排出装置进行再利用;
气液分离罐S1内的液体经节流阀节流到0.6Mpa与S4内液体一起进入分离罐S2;气液分离罐S2内的液体经过节流阀减压至0.15MPa,进入分离罐S3,S3内液体经过调节阀及低温泵输送至储存系统,而来自储存系统的BOG气体进入分离罐S3内与分离罐S3内气相天然气一起进入引射喷管M2再次进行膨胀液化。
实施例二:如图2所示,一种气体深冷液化系统,设置有压缩单元、换热单元、膨胀液化单元和气液分离单元,其中压缩单元设置有原料气压缩机系统C1和循环气压缩机系统C2,换热单元设置有依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,膨胀液化单元设置有引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2,气液分离单元由分离罐S1、分离罐S2、分离罐S3和分离罐S4组成;
具体连接关系为,原料气压缩机系统C1的输入端与原料气连接,输出端与所述一级换热器E1的输入端连接,一级换热器E1输出端与二级换热器E2输入端连接,二级换热器E2输出端与三级换热器E3输入端连接,三级换热器E3的输出端分别与所述引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2输入端连接,该引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2输出端分别与所述分离罐S1和分离罐S2的输入端连接,所述分离罐S1的气体输出端与所述三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端连接,该三级换热器E3的冷媒输出端与所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输入端连接,所述分离罐S1成品输出端的第一支路经调节阀与所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端连接,该二级换热器E2的冷媒输出端和所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端均与循环气压缩机系统C2的输入端连接,该循环气压缩机系统C2的输出端与一级换热器E1的输入端连接,

所述分离罐S1的气相输出端还经调节阀与所述分离罐S3内盘管的输入端连接,该盘管的输出端与所述分离罐S4的输入端连接。
本实施例中,其它原理与实施例一相同,区别点在于,利用气液分离罐S1中的成品液态工艺气做为冷媒为二级换热器E2进行换热,换热完成的液态工艺气变为气态经过循环气压缩机系统C2压缩后再次进入循环系统。
实施例三:如图3所示,一种气体深冷液化系统,设置有压缩单元、换热单元、膨胀液化单元和气液分离单元,其中压缩单元设置有原料气压缩机系统C1和循环气压缩机系统C2,换热单元设置有依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,膨胀液化单元设置有引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2,气液分离单元由分离罐S1、分离罐S2、分离罐S3和分离罐S4组成;
具体连接关系为,原料气压缩机系统C1的输入端与原料气连接,输出端与所述一级换热器E1的输入端连接,该一级换热器E1的输出端的第一支路与二级换热器E2的输入端连接,第二支路串接节流阀后与二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端连接,该二级换热器E2的冷媒输出端与循环气压缩机系统C2输入端连接,该循环气压缩机系统C2的输出端并接在一级换热器E1的输入端上;
二级换热器E2的输出端与三级换热器E3的输入端连接,三级换热器E3的输出端分别与所述引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2输入端连接,该引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2的输出端分别与所述分离罐S1和分离罐S2的输入端连接,所述分离罐S1的气体输出端与所述三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端连接,该三级换热器E3的冷媒输出端与所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输入端连接,所述分离罐S1成品输出端的第一支路串接调节阀后与所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端连接,所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端与循环气压缩机系统C2的输入端连接;
分离罐S1成品输出端的第二支路串接节流阀后与所述分离罐S2的输入端连接,该分离罐S2的气体输出端与所述引射喷管M1的输入端连接,所述分离罐S2的成品输出端串接节流阀后与所述分离罐S3的输入端连接,该分离罐S3的输入端还与存储系统的气体输出端连接,气体输出端与所述引射喷管M2的输入端连接,成品输出端经调节阀后与所述存储系统的输入端连接,所述分离罐S4的不凝气输出端经调节阀后与所述一级换热器E1的第二冷媒输入端连接,一级换热器E1的第二冷媒输出端与不凝气再利用系统连接,分离罐S4的成品输出端经节流阀与所述分离罐S2的输入端连接;
所述分离罐S1的气相输出端还经调节阀与所述分离罐S3内盘管的输入端连接,该盘管的输出端与所述分离罐S4的输入端连接。
本实施例与实施例一和二的其它运行原理相同,区别点在于,二级换热器E2的冷媒同时采用一级换热器E1输出工艺气和分离罐S1输出端的成品液态工艺气,可通过调节阀进行选择,在整个系统首次运行状态,因为后级的分离罐S1还无法提供成品液态工艺气作为冷媒,此时可采用一级换热器E1输出工艺气经节流阀降温后作为冷媒,可使整个系统快速进入工作状态。

Claims (5)

1.一种气体深冷液化系统,其特征在于:设置有压缩单元、换热单元、膨胀液化单元和气液分离单元,其中所述换热单元包括依次串接的一级换热器E1、二级换热器E2和三级换热器E3,其中所述一级换热器E1的输入端与所述压缩单元的输出端连接,所述三级换热器E3的输出端与所述膨胀液化单元的输入端连接,所述膨胀液化单元的输出端与所述气液分离单元连接;
所述三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端与所述气液分离单元的气体输出端连接,该三级换热器E3的冷媒输出端与所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输入端连接,该一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端与所述压缩单元连接;
所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端与所述气液分离单元的成品输出端连接,或者与所述一级换热器E1的输出端连接,该二级换热器E2的冷媒输出端与所述压缩单元连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种气体深冷液化系统,其特征在于:所述膨胀液化单元由引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2组成,所述气液分离单元由分离罐S1、分离罐S2、分离罐S3和分离罐S4组成,其中所述三级换热器E3的输出端分别与所述引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2输入端连接,该引射喷管M1和引射喷管M2输出端分别与所述分离罐S1和分离罐S2的输入端连接,所述分离罐S1的气体输出端与所述三级换热器E3的冷媒输入端连接,所述分离罐S1成品输出端的第一支路经调节阀与所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端连接,第二支路经节流阀与所述分离罐S2的输入端连接,该分离罐S2的气体输出端与所述引射喷管M1的输入端连接,所述分离罐S2的成品输出端经节流阀与所述分离罐S3的输入端连接,该分离罐S3的输入端还与存储系统的气体输出端连接,气体输出端与所述引射喷管M2的输入端连接,成品输出端经调节阀与所述存储系统的输入端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种气体深冷液化系统,其特征在于:所述分离罐S4的不凝气输出端经调节阀与所述一级换热器E1的第二冷媒输入端连接,该一级换热器E1的第二冷媒输出端与不凝气再利用系统连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种气体深冷液化系统,其特征在于:所述分离罐S1的气相输出端还经调节阀与所述分离罐S3内盘管的输入端连接,该盘管的输出端与所述分离罐S4的输入端连接,所述分离罐S4的产品输出端经节流阀与所述分离罐S2的输入端连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种气体深冷液化系统,其特征在于:所述压缩单元设置有原料气压缩机系统C1和循环气压缩机系统C2,其中原料气压缩机系统C1的输入端与原料气连接,输出端与所述一级换热器E1的输入端连接,该一级换热器E1输出端第一支路与所述二级换热器E2的输入端连接,第二支路经节流阀后与所述二级换热器E2的冷媒输入端连接,该二级换热器E2的输出端与三级换热器E3的输入端连接,冷媒输出端与所述循环气压缩机系统C2的输入端连接,该循环气压缩机系统C2的输入端还与所述一级换热器E1的第一冷媒输出端连接,所述循环气压缩机系统C2的输出端与所述一级换热器E1的输入端连接。
