Claims (3)
- 1または2以上のパネルからなるエアバッグであって、該パネルの外周縫製部付近に突出片を有しており、
該突出片が、該パネルの外周縫製部の外側に設けられ、該外周縫製部が、該パネルと該パネルに向けて折り返された該突出片とを接合するものであって、該外周縫製部で該パネルに接合された該突出片の端部が、その近傍の該外周縫製部の縫製糸を覆うと共に、該突出片の端部が折り返された状態にあって、該突出片の端部が該外周縫製部の縫製糸を覆っている状態で、該突出片の端部が、該突出片の根元と該パネルとに共縫いされ固定されてなるエアバッグ。 - 前記突出片が、前記パネルの外周全体に設けられてなる請求項1記載のエアバッグ。
- 1または2以上のパネルからなるエアバッグの製造方法であって、外周に突出片を有してなるパネルを得る工程、該突出片を折り返す工程、折り返した突出片の上から外周縫製することにより袋体にする工程、外周縫製した縫製糸を覆うようにさらに突出片の端部を外側に折り返す工程、該突出片の端部を該縫製糸近傍で突出片と結合する工程、および、インフレータ取付口を通して該袋体を裏返す工程を有するエアバッグの製造方法。
