Claims (9)
- 被加工物(W)の内部流路(P)において表面粗度を低減する方法であって、
内部流路(P)と水を含む腐食性作動流体(F)とを超臨界状態又は近超臨界状態で接触させるステップと、
前記接触させるステップの後に、内部流路(P)をすすぐステップと、
を含む方法。 - 内部流路(P)と水を含む腐食性作動流体(F)とを、超臨界状態又は近超臨界状態で接触させるステップ、及び内部流路(P)をすすぐステップを交互に行うことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部流路(P)が、作動流体(F)の特性を非腐食性亜臨界状態に移行させることによってすすがれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部流路(P)と水を含む腐食性作動流体(F)とを、超臨界状態又は近超臨界状態で接触させるステップ、及び作動流体(F)の特性を非腐食性亜臨界状態に移行させることによって内部流路(P)をすすぐステップを交互に行うことをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 作動流体(F)の特性が、その温度を変動させることによって移行される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 作動流体(F)の特性が、その圧力を変動させることによって移行される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 作動流体(F)が、ポンプ(20、120)を使用して内部流路(P)を通って循環される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 内部流路(P)からの作動流体(F)の出口を遮断するための流出制御バルブ(30)を使用しながら、作動流体(F)を内部流路(P)内にポンプでくみ上げることによって作動流体(F)を加圧するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 作動流体(F)が1以上の共溶媒を含む、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
