Description
1.検体を混合、希釈、保存及び排出する管(1)であって、
溶液を受容及び保管する中空の第1容器(10)であって、第1及び第2末端(12,13)を有し、前記第1末端(12)が第1貫通孔(11)を有し、該貫通孔(11)は該貫通孔(11)に緊密に整合する形状を有する検体ピン(14,50)を挿入するのに適しており、前記第2末端(13)は希釈検体を排出するのに適した排出ポート(18)と、第1嵌合要素(19)とを有する、第1容器(10)と、
前記排出ポート(18)を介した前記希釈検体の排出を制御する排出装置(70)であって、前記希釈検体を排出するための排出開口(71)と、前記第1嵌合要素(19)と協同して前記排出装置(70)を前記第1容器(10)に搭載する第2嵌合要素(73)とを有し、少なくとも2つの位置の間を移動可能である、排出装置(70)と
を備える管(1)。

- 検体を混合、希釈、保存及び排出するために組み合わせて使用される管(1)及び検体ピン(50)であって、
前記管(1)は、溶液を受容及び/又は保管する中空の第1容器(10)を備え、
前記検体ピン(50)は、細長ピン(51)と、前記細長ピン(51)の近端に配された持手(52)と、前記細長ピン(51)の遠端に形成され、前記検体を収容する、既定容積の少なくとも1つの凹部(54)とを備え、
前記第1容器(10)は、第1及び第2末端(12,13)を有し、前記第1末端(12)が第1貫通孔(11)を有し、該貫通孔(11)は該貫通孔(11)に緊密に整合する形状を有する前記検体ピン(50)を挿入するのに適しており、前記第2末端(13)は前記凹部(54)に収容された検体と前記溶液とが混合された希釈検体を排出するのに適した排出ポート(18)を有し、
中空の前記第1容器(10)は、前記検体ピン(50)を第1係止位置に係止するための第1係止手段(81)と、前記検体ピン(50)を第2係止位置に係止するための第2係止手段(82)とを備え、
前記第2係止手段は、前記検体ピン(50)の引き抜きを防止し、
前記持手(52)は、前記第1係止手段及び前記第2係止手段(81,82)に対応する少なくとも1つの係止部分(83)を備え、
前記検体ピン(50)は、前記持手(52)を変形させて前記検体ピン(50)を前記第1係止手段(81)から係止解除するよう機能する押圧部分(91)を備える、管(1)及び検体ピン(50)。 - 前記第2係止手段は、挿入方向において前記第1係止位置よりもさらに下流に配されている、請求項1に記載の管(1)及び検体ピン(50)。
- 前記第1係止手段(81)は、中空の前記第1容器(10)の前記第1末端(12)の円周部分に配されたリブまたは溝を備える、請求項1または2に記載の管(1)及び検体ピン(50)。
- 前記第2係止手段(82)は、中空の前記第1容器(10)の前記第1末端(12)の円周部分に配されたリブまたは溝を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の管(1)及び検体ピン(50)。
