前記ドレープ境界部材と前記患者境界部材を熱的に結合する結合部材
を含む熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材と;
前記ドレープ境界部材と前記患者境界部材との間に配置された液体処理部材であって、前記創傷からの液体を少なくとも一時的に保持するように動作可能な液体処理部材と
を含み、
前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材は、織り材料、活性炭材料、多孔質発泡体、焼結ポリマー、炭素繊維材料、金属繊維織物、酸化亜鉛、銀、またはメッシュ生地から選択される1またはそれ以上の材料を含み、前記患者からの体温を前記ドレープへ伝えて、前記ドレープを通る蒸気透過を増大させるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。 - 請求項1に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレープの厚さが30マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または2に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記液体処理部材が、発泡部材、不織部材、高吸収材、およびゲル材料のうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記液体処理部材の少なくとも一部分と前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材との間に配置されたフィルタリング層を含み、前記フィルタリング層は、水蒸気以外の全ての物質をフィルタリングし、追加的にまたは別々に臭気をフィルタリングすることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ドレープの前記第1の側面に結合されて、外部エネルギーを受け取るナノアンテナを含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレープが、少なくとも部分的に波形であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記液体処理部材が、ヒドロ活性化による発熱材料を含み、前記発熱材料が、創傷滲出液と反応して熱を発生させることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記液体処理部材が、創傷滲出液に発熱反応して熱を発生させる酸化カルシウムを含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、
励起されると、熱エネルギーをもたらすように動作可能な電気的な加熱素子であって、前記ドレープに熱的に結合される、電気的な加熱素子と;
前記電気的な加熱素子に電気的に結合される電力供給装置と;
前記電力供給装置および電気的な加熱素子に結合される制御回路と
を含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。 - 請求項1または請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、動かされると熱エネルギーをもたらすように動作可能な圧電部材を含み、前記圧電部材が、前記ドレープに熱的に結合されていることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、
前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材の前記患者境界部材に近接して配置されたマニホールド部材と;
前記マニホールド部材に流体的に結合された減圧源と
を含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。 - 請求項1または請求項2乃至10の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、
前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材の患者境界部材に近接して配置されたマニホールド部材と;
前記マニホールド部材に流体的に結合された減圧源であって、前記減圧源は、前記ドレープに結合されたマイクロポンプを含み、および前記マイクロポンプは、前記ドレープに熱的に結合されてそこに熱を送達する、減圧源と
を含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。 - 請求項1または請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレープ境界部材の平面の表面積が、前記患者境界部材の平面の表面積を下回ることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ドレープに熱的に結合された、動きによって活性化される加熱素子を含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ドレープの前記第1の側面に熱を伝える外部加熱器を含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至15の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、さらに、前記ドレープの前記第1の側面上に外部バッフルと、前記バッフルに空気の流れを送達するエアムーバーとを含むことを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至16の何れか一項に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記創傷ドレッシングが、時間をかけて、前記創傷ドレッシングが蒸発させずに物理的に保持できるよりも多くの液体を処理するように動作可能であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 創傷ドレッシングの製造方法において、
熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材を提供するステップであって、前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材が:
第1の側面および第2の患者対面側面を有するドレープ境界部材、
第1の側面および第2の患者対面側面を有する患者境界部材であって、前記患者境界部材の前記第2の患者対面側面が前記患者に近接して配置される患者境界部材、および
前記ドレープ境界部材と前記患者境界部材を熱的に結合する結合部材
を含むステップと;
前記ドレープ境界部材と前記患者境界部材との間に液体処理部材を配置するステップであって、前記液体処理部材が、前記創傷からの液体を少なくとも一時的に保持するように動作可能であるステップと;
第1の側面および第2の患者対面側面を有するドレープを、前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材を覆うように配置するステップであって、前記ドレープ境界部材の前記第1の側面が前記ドレープの前記第2の患者対面側面に近接しているステップと;
を含み、
前記ドレープの水蒸気透過率は、300g/24時間/m2を上回り、
前記熱伝導性の蒸気透過性部材は、織り材料、活性炭材料、多孔質発泡体、焼結ポリマー、炭素繊維材料、金属繊維織物、酸化亜鉛、銀、またはメッシュ生地から選択される1またはそれ以上の材料を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法において、さらに、前記ドレープの前記第1の側面にナノアンテナを結合するステップを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の創傷ドレッシングにおいて、前記水蒸気透過率が、1000g/24時間/m 2 以上であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
- 請求項18に記載の方法において、前記水蒸気透過率が、1000g/24時間/m 2 以上であることを特徴とする、創傷ドレッシング。
