Claims (3)
- 車両の減速時に所定の減速時自動停止条件を満たした場合に内燃機関を自動停止させる減速時自動停止制御と、
前記車両の停車時に所定の停車時自動停止条件を満たした場合に前記内燃機関を自動停止させる停車時自動停止制御と、を実行する内燃機関の自動停止装置において、
前記減速時自動停止条件および前記停車時自動停止条件は、前記内燃機関の動力により充電されるバッテリのバッテリ残量に応じて設定されたものであり、現在の前記バッテリ残量が低下するに従い、前記減速時自動停止制御および前記停車時自動停止制御が実行され難くなるように前記減速時自動停止条件および前記停車時自動停止条件を変更する制御装置を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の自動停止装置。 - 前記制御装置が変更する前記減速時自動停止条件および前記停車時自動停止条件は、バッテリ残量閾値以外の条件であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の自動停止装置。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記バッテリ残量が第1閾値未満に低下すると、前記バッテリ残量が第1閾値以上のときより、前記減速時自動停止制御が実行され難くなるように、前記減速時自動停止条件を変更し、
前記バッテリ残量が前記第1閾値より低い第2閾値未満に低下すると、前記バッテリ残量が前記第2閾値以上のときより、更に前記停車時自動停止制御も実行され難くなるように、前記停車時自動停止条件を変更することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内燃機関の自動停止装置。
