の位置と実際に印刷された位置とのズレが大きくなる傾向が見られた。
前記第二の画像を剥離性フィルム基材に仮形成する工程と、
前記被印刷基材の画像形成面の上部に、前記第二の画像が対向するように、前記剥離性フィルム基材を配置する工程と、
前記被印刷基材の上に透明な液体を塗布する工程と、
前記第一の画像と前記第二の画像との位置調整をする工程と、
前記第二の画像を前記被印刷基材に転移する工程とからなり、
前記透明な液体が、水またはアルコール水溶液であることを特徴とする印刷方法である。
前記第二の画像が仮形成された剥離性フィルム基材を設置するステージと、
前記被印刷基材の画像形成面の上部に、前記第二の画像が対向するように剥離性フィルム基材を設置する手段と、
前記被印刷基材の上に透明な液体を塗布する手段と、
前記第一の画像と前記第二の画像との位置調整をする手段と、
前記第二の画像を前記被印刷基材に転移する手段とからなり、
前記透明な液体が、水またはアルコール水溶液であることを特徴とする印刷装置である。
また、前記透明な剥離性フィルム基材を用いることで、その上に塗布した不要な非画像部のインキを、例えば凸パターンが形成された除去版で除去する際に、インキの流動性を抑え、にじみやつぶれの少ない高精細の印刷方法とすることができる。
基材との接着性の高い樹脂層を、アンカー層としてあらかじめフィルム基材上に設け、その上層に設けることもできる。

被印刷基材として、厚さ120μm、一片の長さが300mmの正方形のPET基材を用いた。一方、透明剥離性フィルム基材として、表面がシリコーン系離型剤からなる厚さ120μm、一辺の長さが300mmの正方形のPETフィルム(東洋紡績社製:K1504)を用いた。
、ビーズミル分散機で冷却しながら5時間分散し、さらに5μmのフィルタでろ過して隔壁用インキを調整した。
[隔壁用インキ組成物]
・ポリイミド前駆体(東レ社製:セミコファインSP−510) 10重量部
・カーボンブラック 7.5重量部
・溶剤(N−メチルピロリドン) 130重量部
・分散剤(銅フタロシアニン誘導体) 5重量部
・光開始剤 5重量部
・赤色顔料:C.I.Pigment Red 2518重量部
(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製「イルガーフォーレッドB−CF」)
C.I.Pigment Red 1772重量部
(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製「クロモフタールレッドA2B」)
・アクリルワニス(固形分20%) 108重量部
〔赤色着色インキの組成〕
・上記分散体: 100重量部
・メチル化メチロールメラミン: MW−30(三洋化成社製) 20重量部
・レベリング剤:メガファックF−483SF 1重量部
(大日本インキ化学工業社製)
・プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル 85重量部
・プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート 45重量部
ドを用いたダイコーターにより、塗工長さ200mm、膜厚0.8μmで赤色着色インキをコーティングし、予備乾燥として40℃IRオーブン中で2分乾燥を行い、さらに室温下で120秒待機し、半乾燥状態のインキ層を形成した。
前記透明剥離性フィルム基材に塗布するインキとして、銀粒子水分散液からなる導電性インキ(住友電機工業社製:Agin−W)を用い、60℃で予備乾燥した以外は、実施例1と同様にして被印刷基材上に半乾燥状態の第二の仮画像を転移した。

Claims (5)
- 予め第一の画像が形成された被印刷基材に、第二の画像を形成する印刷方法であって、
前記第二の画像を剥離性フィルム基材に仮形成する工程と、
前記被印刷基材の画像形成面の上部に、前記第二の画像が対向するように、前記剥離性フィルム基材を配置する工程と、
前記被印刷基材の上に透明な液体を塗布する工程と、
前記第一の画像と前記第二の画像との位置調整をする工程と、
前記第二の画像を前記被印刷基材に転移する工程とからなり、
前記透明な液体が、水またはアルコール水溶液であることを特徴とする印刷方法。 - 前記被印刷基材の上に透明な液体を塗布する方法がインクジェット方式であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記被印刷基材と前記透明剥離性フィルム基材との間隙が、30〜300μmの範囲で両者の画像の位置調整をすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の印刷方法。
- 予め第一の画像が形成された被印刷基材に、第二の画像を形成する印刷装置であって、
前記第二の画像が仮形成された剥離性フィルム基材を設置するステージと、
前記被印刷基材の画像形成面の上部に、前記第二の画像が対向するように剥離性フィルム基材を設置する手段と、
前記被印刷基材の上に透明な液体を塗布する手段と、
前記第一の画像と前記第二の画像との位置調整をする手段と、
前記第二の画像を前記被印刷基材に転移する手段とからなり、
前記透明な液体が、水またはアルコール水溶液であることを特徴とする印刷装置。 - 前記透明な液体を回収する手段を具備したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の印刷装置。
